सीईसी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे 08 मार्च 2026 को इंटरनेशनल महिला दिवस मनाने और 28 मार्च 2026 को BSNLWWCC के ऑल इंडिया कन्वेंशन के सफल आयोजन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उचित पहल करें। इस संबंध में, कन्वेंशन की तैयारियों पर चर्चा करने के लिए, 07.02.2026 को BSNLWWCC की एक आपातकालीन ऑनलाइन मीटिंग हुई। सीएचक्यू  के पदाधिकारियों और सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे मीटिंग में लिए गए निर्णयों के अनुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई करें। निर्णयों वाला सर्कुलर इसके साथ संलग्न है।

It has already been notified by the Department that the GTI Scheme for BSNL Executives and Non-Executives will be renewed further with effect from 01.03.2026. Accordingly, the online window for exercising the option through the ERP–ECS portal has been opened. The Department has now extended the online option window for an additional three days, strictly from 14.02.2026 to 16.02.2026. All eligible employees are advised to exercise their option within the stipulated period without fail. The notification clearly states that no further extension of the online window will be granted under any circumstances.

CEC members are requested to take proper initiative to observe International Women’s Day on 08th March 2026 and to ensure the successful conduct of the All India Convention of BSNLWWCC on 28th March 2026. In this connection, to discuss the preparations for the Convention, an emergent online meeting of BSNLWWCC was held on 07.02.2026. CHQ office bearers and Circle Secretaries are requested to take necessary action in accordance with the decisions taken in the meeting. The circular containing the decisions is enclosed herewith.
