Ensure circulation of the BSNLEU Journal to every member through WhatsApp – CEC calls for strict compliance.
The CHQ has decided to merge the two monthly journals, Telecrusader (English) and BSNL Swar (Hindi), into a single publication. Accordingly, the new unified journal has been brought out from July 2026 onwards. This decision was discussed and endorsed at the Central Executive Committee meeting held at Vijayawada. In view of the financial constraints faced by CHQ, it has been decided to adopt a digital mode of circulation. The journal will be sent by CHQ every month for onward circulation to all members. The CEC has, therefore, directed all Circle and District Secretaries to create and maintain separate WhatsApp groups exclusively for journal circulation and ensure that every member receives the journal during the first week of each month. This decision of the CEC shall be implemented without fail. Let every member receive the BSNLEU journal regularly and strengthen our organisational communication.
