2nd Day of BSNLEU CEC reaffirms solidarity with Cuba – Digital Signature Campaign condemns US imperialist Blockade.

The 2nd day of the BSNLEU CEC meeting at Vijayawada featured a special Solidarity with Cuba programme, reaffirming the Union's unwavering commitment to international working-class unity. At the outset, Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, explained the background of the call given by the WFTU and TUI in support of the Cuban working class. Com. P. Abhimanyu, Vice President, and Com. Manoj Sharma, Organising Secretary (CHQ), elaborated on the issue and highlighted the continued economic blockade imposed on Cuba by US imperialism. CEC members and delegates enthusiastically participated in the digital signature campaign, expressing their solidarity with the Cuban people, who continue to face immense hardships due to the prolonged blockade. The programme reaffirmed BSNLEU's steadfast commitment to internationalism, peace, social justice and anti-imperialist solidarity. The Vijayawada CEC once again demonstrated that BSNLEU stands shoulder to shoulder with the workers and oppressed people across the world in their struggle for justice, sovereignty and dignity.
