In the Formal Meeting, held with the Director(HR) on 10-05-2023, BSNLEU bitterly complained that, the results of the JTO LICE (50% quota), held in Punjab circle on 26.05.2019, is still not declared. The Union also complained that, this case is not being seriously handled by the Punjab circle administration.

The Director (HR) responded positively, and gave direction to the officers for engaging a senior advocate to deal with the case. He also gave the direction that, the officers of Punjab circle administration should be called to the Corporate Office for discussion, before the next hearing of the case coming on 30.05.2023.

10-05-2023 को निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ आयोजित औपचारिक बैठक में BSNLEU ने गंभीर शिकायत की कि, दिनांक 26.05.2019 को पंजाब सर्कल में आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई (50% कोटा) के परिणाम अभी तक घोषित नहीं किए गए हैं। यूनियन ने यह भी शिकायत की कि पंजाब सर्कल प्रशासन द्वारा इस मामले को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया जा रहा है।

निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया दी, और अधिकारियों को मामले से निपटने के लिए एक वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता को नियुक्त करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि 30.05.2023 को आने वाले मामले की अगली सुनवाई से पहले पंजाब सर्कल प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को चर्चा के लिए कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय में बुलाया जाए।

सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि काउंसिलों के लिए भेजे गए नामांकन कुछ सर्कल/जिला यूनियनों को सीएचक्यू  द्वारा जारी नहीं किए गए हैं । सत्यापन करने पर पता चला कि वास्तव में वे नामांकन सीएचक्यू को प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं। जहां तक ​​सीएचक्यू का संबंध है, सर्कल सचिवों द्वारा भेजे गए नामांकन एक या दो दिन के भीतर जारी कर दिए जाते हैं। अतः सर्कल एवं जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि सीएचक्यू को कोई नामांकन भेजा गया है, लेकिन अब तक जारी नहीं किया गया है, तो उसे तुरंत सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया जाए। इस तरह के नामांकन कृपया सर्किल सचिवों द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित सीएचक्यू को फिर से भेजे जा सकते हैं।

The 27th National Conference of the Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers was held in M.Krishnan Nagar, at Trivandrum on 12th and 13th May,2023. Com.B.Ravindran Nair, presided over the Conference. Com.A.K.Padmanabhan, National Vice-President, CITU, delivered the inaugural address. Com.P.Abhimanyu,General Secretary, BSNLEU, could not attend this Conference.Hence, on behalf of BSNLEU, Com.K.N.Jothilakshmi, Assistant General Secretary, addressed the Conference. A seminar under the topic of Neo-Liberal Policies and it's Impact on Central Service /Public Sector was held. Com.M.Vijayakumar, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Kerala circle, addressed this seminar.

It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that,  nominations for councils, sent by some circle / district unions, have not been issued by the CHQ. On verification, it is found that, those nominations are actually not received by the CHQ. So far as the CHQ is concerned, the nominations sent by the Circle Secretaries are issued within a day or two. Hence, Circle and District Secretaries are requested to immediately bring to the notice of the CHQ, whether any nomination has been sent to the CHQ, but has been not issued so far. Such nominations may please be re-sent to the CHQ, duely signed by the Circle Secretaries.
