As per the decision of BSNLEU’s Central Executive Committee meeting, held at Bhopal, a meeting of the South Zone functionaries, for the revival of the contract workers union is being held at Hyderabad on 09.07.2023. The Circle Secretaries, Circle Presidents, CHQ office bearers of each circle, together with two leaders of BSNLCCWF will participate in this meeting. The aforementioned functionaries of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will also participate in this meeting. Com.Animesh Mitra, Secretary General, BSNLCCWF will participate. The Telangana circle union of BSNLEU has made all arrangements for successfully conducting this meeting, which will be held at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram, Hyderabad. Accommodation for the functionaries attending the meeting will be available from 11:00 am on 08.07.2023 to 11:00 am on 09.07.2023. नेशनल काउंसिल के पुनर्गठन और बैठक के आयोजन में अत्यधिक देरी - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा ।

कई वर्षों से नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक नहीं हुई है । खासकर, 9वीं सदस्यता सत्यापन हुए आठ महीने हो चुके हैं। 13.06.2023 को BSNLEU ने नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक के आयोजन में गतिरोध को तोड़ने के लिए प्रबंधन को एक महत्वपूर्ण पत्र लिखा। आश्चर्य की बात यह है कि नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक कराने के लिए प्रबंधन एक इंच भी आगे नहीं बढ़ा है। प्रबंधन की यह सुस्ती अस्वीकार्य है । BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर नेशनल काउंसिल के पुनर्गठन और बैठक के आयोजन के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की है। यदि प्रबंधन इसी तरह नींद में सोया रहा, तो BSNLEU नेशनल काउंसिल का पुनर्गठन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए और नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने के लिए बाध्य होगा। 

The National Council meeting has not been held for many years. Especially, it is already eight months, since the 9^thMembership Verification is held. On 13.06.2023, BSNLEU wrote an important letter to the Management, to break the deadlock in the holding of the National Council meeting. Surprisingly, the Management has not moved even an inch for holding the National Council meeting. This lethargy on the part of the Management is unacceptable. BSNLEU has written a letter to the Director (HR), demanding immediate action, for the reconstitution and holding of the National Council meeting. If the Management continues to remain in slumber, then BSNLEU will be forced to organise agitational programme to ensure the reconstitution, as well as holding the meeting of the National Council. 

BSNLEU, राजस्थान सर्कल की सफल सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज जयपुर में आयोजित की गई।

BSNLEU, राजस्थान सर्कल की सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज जयपुर में सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता मंडल अध्यक्ष साथी कमल सिंह गोहिल ने की । साथी अशोक पारीक, सर्कल सचिव ने सभी का स्वागत किया तथा गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। सीएचक्यू के आयोजन सचिव साथी पी.के. जैन ने बैठक को संबोधित किया और भोपाल सीईसी बैठक के निर्णयों के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने सीएचक्यू द्वारा उठाए जा रहे मुद्दों के बारे में भी बताया और साथियों से 07-07-2023 को आयोजित होने वाले "दिल्ली चलो" कार्यक्रम में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में भाग लेने का अनुरोध किया। चर्चा में कार्यकारिणी के सभी सदस्यों ने भाग लिया। सर्कल सचिव साथी अशोक पारीक ने साथियों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों का जवाब दिया। साथी  एम.के.नागपाल, सर्कल सचिव, एआईबीडीपीए, वरिष्ठ नेता साथी वी. पी. शर्मा और आयोजन सचिव (सीएचक्यू) साथी हरि नारायण ने भी संबोधित किया।

क्या OA स्तर पर लोकल काउंसिल का गठन किया जा सकता है ?

लोकल काउंसिल के गठन के संबंध में सीएचक्यू के समक्ष एक प्रश्न उठाया गया है. सवाल यह है कि क्या ओए स्तर पर लोकल काउंसिल का गठन किया जा सकता है ?  सीएचक्यू का उत्तर यह है कि *लोकल काउंसिल का गठन ओए स्तर पर अवश्य किया जा सकता है, जहां भी BSNLEU का पूर्ण जिला यूनियन कार्य कर रहा है.* इसलिए, सर्कल और जिला सचिवों से इस पर ध्यान देने का अनुरोध किया जाता है और लोकल काउंसिल के लिए नामांकन भेजने का अनुरोध किया जाता है, जहां भी ओए स्तर पर इसका गठन नहीं किया गया है.
