The AUAB has finalised it’s charter of demands for the revival of BSNL. It has also launched agitational programmes for achieving the early revival of the Company. Under these circumstances, the AUAB has written to Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, who has recently taken over as the Hon’ble Minister of Communications, seeking an appointment for a meeting with him.

कल - १५.०७.२०२१ के दिन प्लेकार्ड प्रदर्शन का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन करें ।

एयूएबी ने कल 15.07.2021 को प्लेकार्ड प्रदर्शन आंदोलन का आयोजन करने का आह्वान किया है। बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4जी सेवा तत्काल शुरू करने और बीएसएनएल के पुनरुद्धार के लिए अन्य उपायों को लागू करने, प्रत्येक माह की नियत तिथि पर वेतन का भुगतान करने, बीएसएनएल को 39,000 रुपये के मूल बकाए का भुगतान करने, तृतीय वेतन पुनरीक्षण का निपटारा करने, पेंशन संशोधन, 30 प्रतिशत सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ एवं अन्य मांगों को पूरा करने की मांग को लेकर आंदोलन का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। बीएसएनएलईयू के सर्कल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे एयूएबी के अन्य घटकों के साथ और पेंशनरो के संगठनों के साथ भी समन्वय करें और कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें ।  प्लेकार्ड पर प्रदर्शित लेने के लिए  नारे पहले से ही एयूएबी द्वारा भेजे गये हैं । कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने के बाद सीएचक्यू को रिपोर्ट और फोटो अवश्य भेजे |

The AUAB has demanded that, the DoT should pay around Rs.39,000 crore, as dues to BSNL. Dues like refund of excess Pension Contribution paid to DoT, by BSNL, are pending for the past so many years. Presently, BSNL’s debt is around Rs.30,000 crore. Under these circumstances, repayment of dues to BSNL, by the DoT, has become very important for the financial revival of the Company. Hence, the AUAB has raised this as an important demand. The following are the break-up figures of AUAB’s claim.

The AUAB has given call to organise a placard showing agitation tomorrow the 15.07.2021. The agitation is being organised, demanding immediate launching of 4G service by BSNL and implementation of other measures for the Revival of BSNL, payment of salary on the due date of every month, repayment of Rs.39,000 core dues to BSNL, by the DoT, settlement of 3rd Pay Revision, Pension Revision, 30% Superannuation Benefits and other demands. The Circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with the other constituents of the AUAB and also with the Pensioners’ Organisations and to organise the programme successfully.  The slogans to be printed on the placards are already circulated by the AUAB. Reports and photographs may be sent to the CHQ after organising the programme successfully.

The AUAB, in it’s meeting held at New Delhi on 01.07.2021, has chalked out agitational programmes for the Revival of BSNL and also for the settlement of the important issues of the working and retired employees. The AUAB will be launching more militant struggles in the days to come. Hence, the AUAB has decided to seek the support of all the Pensioners’ Organisations for the settlement of the demands. So far, the AUAB has written appeal letters to the AIBDPA, AIBPWA, AIRBSNLEWA, SNPWA and TPPO. The AUAB is in the process of sending appeals to the remaining Pensioners’ Organisations also.

The Punjab Circle Union of BSNLEU, organised a powerful dharna yesterday the, 12.07.2021, at CGM Office, Chandigarh. Around 150 comrades participated in the programme from all parts of Punjab. A good number of DR JEs joined the struggle. The agitation was organised, demanding settlement of the burning problems of the employees, like the non-declaration of JTO LICE results, deduction of professional taxes from the salary of the employees and non-implementation of the Supreme Court order on recovery of excess payment from the Non-Executives. The dharna was addressed by the leaders of AIGETOA, SNEA, AIBSNLEA and AIBDPA. CHQ congratulates the Punjab circle union for organising the successful agitation.
