On 22.06.2022, General Secretary, BSNLEU, has once again written letter to the CMD BSNL, with detailed reasonings for holding the JTO LICE with the vacancies that were available as on 31.01.2020. Based on this, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.) yesterday and discussed the issue. He pointed out that, when JTO to SDE promotions have been given considering the vacancies of 2019, 2020 and 2021, the JTO LICE, to be held on 07.08.2022, should also be conducted with the vacancies of 2019, 2020 and 2021.

BSNLEU has already written a detailed letter, demanding immediate issuing of Presidential Orders to 140 RMs of Darbhanga district, Bihar circle. These RMs were issued with Temporary Status prior to the formation of BSNL and were appointed as Regular Mazdoors in 2002. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.) yesterday. The General Secretary explained the issue in detail to the PGM(Estt.) and demanded that the BSNL Corporate Office should immediately take up the issue with the DoT for the early issuing of Presidential Orders to all 140 Regular Mazdoors of Darbhanga district.

The AUAB leaders of Berhampur have submitted memorandum today the 24.06.2022, to Shri Chandrasekhar Sahu, Hon’ble MP, Berhampur Loksabha Constituency, Odisha. The leaders appealed to the Hon’ble MP to take up the 3^rd Pay Revision / Wage Revision issue with the government for an early settlement.

The leaders of AUAB, Jalgaon, met Shri Unmesh Patil, Hon’ble MP, today and submitted memorandum demanding settlement of 3^rd Pay Revision / Wage Revision. They appealed to the Hon’ble MP to intervene for the early settlement of the issue.

The AUAB leaders of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu circle, met Shri Subbarayan, Hon’ble MP, today and submitted the memorandum seeking settlement of the 3^rd Pay Revision / Wage Revision. The leaders explained the issue in detail and sought the intervention of the Hon’ble MP for it’s early settlement.

The AUAB, Shillong, met Dr W R Kharlukhi, Hon’ble MP, today and submitted memorandum seeking settlement of 3rd Pay Revision / Wage Revision. The AUAB leaders appealed to the Hon’ble MP to ensure an early settlement of the issue.

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, the JTO LICE and all other LICEs of the Non-Executives should be conducted, based on the vacancies that were available as on 31.01.2020 (i.e., prior to the implementation of VRS). BSNLEU is raising this demand based on the fact that, the JTO to SDE promotions were given based on the posts that were available prior to the implementation of the VRS, i.e., 31.01.2020. Today, the Corporate Office has sent a reply to the General Secretary, BSNLEU, wherein it is stated that due to abolition of large number of posts through VRS and Restructuring, no JTO LICE vacancies are available for 2018 and 2019.  

Yesterday, the Corporate Office has issued a letter, with cooked-up figures, to show that, the country wide dharna organised by the AUAB on 21.06.2022, is a failure. It is a pity to note that, the Management has stooped so low to damage the image of the unions and associations, as well as the AUAB. Instruction is also given in that letter, to impose pay cut on the participants of the dharna. The AUAB issued notice for this agitation 16 days in advance. However, the Management did not care to hold any discussion on the charter of demands. The Supreme Court of the country has already passed orders on many occasions, holding that it is the fundamental right of the citizens to participate in peaceful agitations, for expressing their protest. Still, the Management does not want to allow even a peaceful dharna in BSNL. This only shows the dictatorship of the BSNL Management. BSNLEU strongly condemns this letter and demands it’s immediate withdrawal. 

BSNLEU नई दिल्ली में 2 दिवसीय ट्रेड यूनियन वर्ग का आयोजन कर रहा है ।

BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक के प्रस्ताव के आधार पर BSNLEU, AIBDPA और BSNL CCWF की समन्वय समिति ने 11 जुलाई, 2022 से 15 अगस्त, 2022 तक भारतीय स्वतंत्रता की 75 वीं वर्षगांठ मनाने का निर्णय लिया है । BSNLEU की अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की बैठक कल ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई थी । इस बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया है कि 06 और 07 जुलाई-2022 को नई दिल्ली में 2 दिवसीय ट्रेड यूनियन वर्ग आयोजित किया जायेगा, जो हिंदी भाषी सर्किलों में BSNLEU के प्रमुख साथियों के लिए है । स्वतंत्रता संग्राम, स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में मजदूर वर्ग की भूमिका और अन्य संबंधित मुद्दे इस वर्ग का विषय होंगे । इस कक्षा में भाग लेने वाले साथियों की संख्या सीएचक्यू द्वारा सर्कल सचिवों को सूचित की जाएगी। अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने दक्षिणी सर्किलों के लिए अलग-अलग कक्षाएं आयोजित करने का भी निर्णय लिया है ।
