In continuation of the meeting held at New Delhi on 25.09.2023, the Joint Forum again held it’s online meeting on 07.10.2023. Com.Chandeshwar Singh, Chairman, presided over the meeting. Com.P.Abhimanyu, Convenor, briefed on the agenda items. After detailed deliberations, the Joint Forum decided to make massive grass-root level mobilisations, to prepare the employees for a serious struggle, to settle the Wage Revision and other demands. Accordingly, the following programmes are decided:-

1. To hold massive joint meetings at the district level on 02.11.2023.

2. To organise Human Chain programme prominently in public places on 28.11.2023.

All the circle and district unions of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with the other constituents of the Joint Forum and organise the programmes successfully with maximum mobilisation.

The TT LICE, JE LICE and JTO LICE were held on 27.08.2023. The results of these exams are not yet declared. The CHQ of BSNLEU is in constant touch with the GM(Rectt.) for the early publication of the results of the LICEs. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again discussed the issue with Ms. Samita Luthra, GM (Rectt.) today. The GM(Rectt.) replied that best efforts are being taken to publish the results at the earliest.

संयुक्त मंच की बैठक आज होगी।

संयुक्त मंच की पिछली बैठक 25.09.2023 को नई दिल्ली में आयोजित की गई थी। बैठक में वेतन पुनरीक्षण मुद्दे पर आगे की कार्रवाई पर चर्चा हुई थी । कार्रवाई के कार्यक्रम को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए संयुक्त मंच की एक और बैठक आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया था। तदनुसार, *संयुक्त मंच की बैठक आज शाम 07:00 बजे ऑनलाइन* आयोजित की जाएगी।

The last meeting of the Joint Forum was held at New Delhi on 25.09.2023. The meeting discussed about the next course of action to be taken on the Wage Revision issue. It was decided to hold one more meeting of the Joint Forum to finalise the programme of action. Accordingly, the Joint Forum meeting will be held online at 07:00 pm today.

डीपीई ने 01-10-2023 से आईडीए वृद्धि के लिए आदेश जारी किया।

डीपीई ने 01-10-2023 से आईडीए वृद्धि के लिए आदेश जारी किया है। जैसा कि बीएसएनएलईयू द्वारा पहले ही सूचित किया गया है, 01-10-2023 से देय नई आईडीए दर 215.6% है। 

The DPE has issued order for IDA increase w.e.f 01-10-2023. As already informed by BSNLEU, the new IDA rate payable w.e.f 01-10-2023 is 215.6%.

तेलंगाना सर्कल की विस्तारित सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक हैदराबाद में आयोजित की जा रही है।

तेलंगाना सर्कल की विस्तारित सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक, साथ ही बीएसएनएल के पुनरुद्धार पर सेमिनार, आज हैदराबाद में हो रहा है। बैठक की शुरुआत साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव द्वारा BSNLEU ध्वज फहराने के साथ हुई। तेलंगाना सर्कल के सभी जिलों से अच्छी संख्या में साथी भाग ले रहे हैं। साथी तिरुमुलाचार्यलु, साथी जे.संपतराव की अनुपस्थिति में बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे हैं, जो अपनी पत्नी की बीमारी के कारण बैठक में शामिल नहीं हो सके। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। महासचिव ने अपने भाषण में वेतन संशोधन के मुद्दे पर संयुक्त मंच के निर्णयों, बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G/5G सेवा शुरू करने की वर्तमान स्थिति और पेंशन संशोधन पर प्रिण्सिपल बेंच, CAT के हालिया फैसले के बारे में बताया। महासचिव ने बीएसएनएल विरोधी और निजी समर्थक नीतियों के लिए सरकार की कड़ी आलोचना की, जो बीएसएनएल को बर्बाद कर रही हैं। उन्होंने तेलंगाना के कर्मचारियों से वेतन संशोधन, 4G/5G की शुरूआत और नई पदोन्नति नीति को प्राप्त करने के लिए संयुक्त मंच के आह्वान को बड़े पैमाने पर आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया। मंडल सचिव साथी जी. संबाशिवराव ने गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। बैठक को साथी रामचंद्रडु, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, एआईबीडीपीए, साथी परिपूर्णाचारी, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, बीएसएनएल सीसीडब्ल्यूएफ, साथी पद्मावती, बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी और एआईबीडीपीए के सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारी साथी शंकर ने भी संबोधित किया। सर्कल सचिव द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट पर सर्कल कार्यकारिणी समिति के सदस्यों द्वारा विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श किया जा रहा है।
