The Karnataka circle BSNL Working Women's Coordination Committee meeting his held at Bengaluru today, along with the circle executive committee meeting of BSNLEU. Com.C.K..Gundanna, CP, BSNLEU, presided over the meeting. Com.Bharti All India Committee member of BSNLWWCC welcomed everyone. Com. Nirmala, convenor, BSNLWWCC, Karnataka circle, spoke on the activities of the BSNLWWCC  in Karnataka circle. Many women comrades participated in the deliberations. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed this meeting and spoke on the issues of the women employees taken up and settled by BSNLEU. He also emphasised the need for strengthening BSNLWWCC.  Com.H.V.Sudharshan, CS,BSNLEU, greeted the meeting. All the district secretaries and circle office bearers of BSNLEU, Karnataka circle, were present in this meeting.  The meeting decided to immediately form BSNLWWCC in those districts where it is not yet formed.

बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वूमेन कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी (बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी) की सहायक एवं राष्ट्रीय संयोजक साथी के. ज्योति लक्ष्मी ने वायनाड आपदा राहत के लिए एक लाख रुपये दान किए हैं। यह राशि केरल के मुख्यमंत्री आपदा राहत कोष में भेज दी गई है। इसके अलावा BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू के आह्वान को स्वीकार करते हुए बड़ी संख्या में साथी वायनाड के प्रभावित लोगों की मदद के लिए अपना दान भेज रहे हैं। सीएचक्यू सभी साथियों को वायनाड के प्रभावित लोगों की मदद के लिए उनकी दयालुता के लिए हार्दिक बधाई देता है। सीएचक्यू ने दानदाताओं की पहली सूची पहले ही प्रकाशित कर दी है। नीचे हम दानदाताओं की दूसरी सूची प्रकाशित कर रहे हैं।

गणेश चतुर्थी के मद्देनजर एलआईसीई की तिथि में परिवर्तन करें - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा।

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने घोषणा की है कि टीटी एलआईसीई, जेई एलआईसीई, जेटीओ (टी) एलआईसीई, जेटीओ (टीएफ) एलआईसीई और पीए टू पीएस एलआईसीई 08.09.2024 को आयोजित किए जाएंगे। गणेश चतुर्थी, जो एक प्रमुख त्योहार है, 07 से 17 सितंबर, 2024 तक मनाया जाएगा। चूंकि इस त्योहार को मनाने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी अपने गृहनगर जाएंगे, इसलिए उनके लिए एलआईसीई में उपस्थित होना मुश्किल होगा। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर एलआईसीई की तिथि बदलने का अनुरोध किया है, ताकि उन्हें 17.09.2024 के बाद किसी भी दिन आयोजित किया जा सके।

Shri Ravi A Robert Jerard, CMD BSNL, visited West Godavari, Krishna and Guntur BAs in Andhra Pradesh circle on 03^rd & 04^th of this month. He also addressed the employees in the Conference Hall of GM Office at Vijayawada on 04^th. During this occasion, leaders of BSNLEU, Andhra Pradesh circle, met the CMD BSNL and submitted a memorandum on the burning issues, like immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G service, expeditious settlement of the Wage Revision, lifting the ban on Compassionate Ground Appointments and other issues. They also pointed out how the Restructuring of Manpower has wiped out the promotional avenues of the Non-Executives, the CMD BSNL replied that the highlighted issues would be looked into. The CHQ heartily congratulates Com.Rama Devi, CS, AP circle and other leaders for this very good initiative.

Corporate Office has announced that the TT LICE, JE LICE, JTO(T) LICE, JTO(TF) LICE and PA to PS LICE would be held on 08.09.2024. Ganesh Chaturthi, which is a major festival, would be celebrated from 07th to 17th September, 2024. Since a good number of employees would go to their hometowns for celebrating this festival, it would be difficult for them to appear in the LICEs. Hence, BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR) and has requested to change the date of the LICEs, so that they could be held on any day after 17.09.2024.

Com.K. Jyothi Lakshmi, AGS and National Convenor of BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC) has donated Rs.One Lakh for the Wayanad Disaster Relief. This amount has been sent to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund. Apart from this, accepting the call of the CHQ of BSNLEU, a large number of comrades continue to send their donations for the relief of the affected people of Wayanad. CHQ heartily congratulates all the comrades for their kind heartedness in extending their helping hand to the affected people of Wayanad. CHQ has already published the first list of donors. It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, the Online Portal in the ERP for Rule 8 transfers is not working for sometime, which has created difficulty in the matter of Rule 8 transfer of the employees. The issue was a discussed by the General Secretary with the concerned officers in the Corporate Office. It was replied by them that, almost all the works related to restoring the functioning of this online portal are completed and that it will start functioning within 2 or 3 days. 

नियम-8 स्थानांतरण के लिए ईआरपी ऑनलाइन पोर्टल का काम न करना।

सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि नियम-8 स्थानांतरण के लिए ईआरपी में ऑनलाइन पोर्टल कुछ समय से काम नहीं कर रहा है, जिससे कर्मचारियों के नियम-8 स्थानांतरण के मामले में कठिनाई हो रही है। इस मुद्दे पर महासचिव द्वारा कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय में संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ चर्चा की गई। उनके द्वारा उत्तर दिया गया कि इस ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के कामकाज को बहाल करने से संबंधित लगभग सभी कार्य पूरे हो चुके हैं और यह 2 या 3 दिनों के भीतर काम करना शुरू कर देगा।

BSNLEU के सदस्यता शुल्क की संशोधित दर से कटौती - सर्किल सचिव कृपया ध्यान दें।

BSNLEU का मासिक सदस्यता शुल्क पहले ही 45 रुपये प्रति माह से संशोधित कर 70 रुपये प्रति माह कर दिया गया है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने अपने पत्र दिनांक 10.09.2021 के माध्यम से सभी चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को BSNLEU सदस्यों से 70 रुपये की दर से मासिक यूनियन सदस्यता में कटौती करने का निर्देश दिया है। हालाँकि, यह देर से सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में आया है कि, यूपी (पश्चिम), उत्तराखंड, छत्तीसगढ़, सीएनटीएक्स (दक्षिण)-चेन्नई, सीएनटीएक्स (उत्तर)-दिल्ली और जयपुर और हरियाणा, बिहार और जम्मू और कश्मीर सर्किलों के कुछ जिलों में बीएसएली का सदस्यता शुल्क अभी भी 45 रुपये की पुरानी दर से काटी जा रही है। आज, सीएचक्यू ने उपरोक्त सभी सर्किलों के मुख्य महाप्रबंधकों को पत्र लिखा है, जिसकी प्रतिलिपि BSNLEU के संबंधित सर्किल सचिवों को भी भेजी गई है, जिसमें नई दर पर BSNLEU सदस्यता में कटौती को तुरंत लागू करने का अनुरोध किया गया है। उपर्युक्त सभी सर्किलों के सर्किल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे तत्काल यह सुनिश्चित करें कि मासिक यूनियन सदस्यता शुल्क  70/- रुपये प्रतिमाह की नई दर से काटा जाए। आगामी केन्द्रीय कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक में इस मुद्दे की समीक्षा की जाएगी। उपर्युक्त कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र की प्रति संलग्न है।
