The facility of immunity from transfer has been denied to the District Treasurer, BSNLEU, Jabalpur and he has been transferred to a place which is 40 km away from Jabalpur. This transfer is against the instructions issued by the Corporate Office on extending the facility of immunity from transfer, to the office bearers of the Recognised Trade Union of the Non-Executives. It is understood that the Jabalpur district administration and the MP circle administration are relying on the letter of the Corporate Office on extending the facility of immunity from transfer to the Associations of the Executives. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the CGM(SR), Corporate Office, requesting for intervention and resolution of the problem.

सीटू की जनरल काउंसिल की बैठक को अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा ने संबोधित किया।

सीटू की जनरल काउंसिल की बैठक 9 से 11 अगस्त 2024 तक कोलकाता में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में लगभग 400 प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। इस बैठक में अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा ने विशेष आमंत्रित सदस्य के रूप में भाग लिया। सीटू की अखिल भारतीय अध्यक्ष साथी के. हेमलता ने बैठक का उद्घाटन किया और अंतरराष्ट्रीय मजदूर वर्ग आंदोलन में हुए विकास का लेखा-जोखा दिया। महासचिव साथी तपन सेन ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि मजदूर वर्ग के निरंतर संघर्षों के परिणामस्वरूप हमारे देश में लोकतंत्र मजबूत हुआ है। उन्होंने संयुक्त ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलनों के महत्व पर जोर दिया। BSNLEU के अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा ने बीएसएनएल के सामने आने वाली चुनौतियों पर बात की, जिसमें बीएसएनएल की 4G लॉन्चिंग में अत्यधिक देरी शामिल है और अनुबंध और आकस्मिक श्रमिकों की दुर्दशा के बारे में भी बताया।

The General Council meeting of CITU was held at Kolkata from 9th to 11th August 2024. Around 400 delegates attended the meeting. Com. Animesh Mitra, President, participated in this meeting as a special invitee. Com. K. Hemlata, CITU's All India President, inaugurated the meeting and gave an account of the developments in the international working class movement. Com. Tapan Sen, General Secretary, in his address stated that, the continuous struggles of the working class has resulted in the strengthening of democracy in our country. He emphasised the importance of joint trade union movements. Com. Animesh Mitra, President, BSNLEU, spoke on the challenges being faced by BSNL, including the inordinate delay in BSNL's 4G launching and also explained about the plight of contract and casual workers.

कल *13.08.2024 को नई दिल्ली में सभी ट्रेड यूनियनों और सेवा एसोसिएशन की बैठक* होगी, जिसमें वेतन संशोधन और इससे जुड़े मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जाएगी। यह बैठक एआईजीईटीओए के कार्यालय में *सुबह 11:00 बजे* शुरू होगी।

वायनाड आपदा राहत कोष – तमिलनाडु सर्किल यूनियन ने सराहनीय कार्य किया है।

सीएचक्यू ने हमारे साथियों से वायनाड में हुए अभूतपूर्व भूस्खलन से प्रभावित लोगों की सहायता के लिए दान भेजने की अपील की है। सीएचक्यू की अपील को स्वीकार करते हुए हमारे साथी केरल के मुख्यमंत्री आपदा राहत कोष में उदारतापूर्वक दान भेज रहे हैं। इस संबंध में BSNLEU की तमिलनाडु सर्किल यूनियन ने अनुकरणीय कार्य किया है। कुल मिलाकर 2,51,512/- (दो लाख इक्यावन हजार पांच सौ बारह रुपये) की राशि एकत्रित कर केरल के मुख्यमंत्री आपदा राहत कोष में भेजी गई है। हमारे तमिलनाडु साथियों द्वारा दिए गए जिलेवार दान की सूची संलग्न सूची में दी गई है। सीएचक्यू तमिलनाडु सर्किल यूनियन, सभी जिला यूनियनों और वायनाड के लोगों की सहायता के लिए उदारतापूर्वक दान करने वाले साथियों को हार्दिक बधाई देता है।

A meeting of all the Trade Unions and Service Associations will be held at New Delhi tomorrow the 13.08.2024, to discuss the Wage Revision and also related issues. This meeting will start at 11:00 am in AIGETOA’s office.

The CHQ has appealed to our comrades to send donations for the relief of the people affected in the unprecedented landslides taken place in Wayanad. Accepting the appeal of the CHQ, our comrades are liberally sending donations to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund. The Tamil Nadu circle union of BSNLEU has done an exemplary job in this regard. Totally, an amount of Rs.2,51,512/- (Rs.Two lakh fifty one thousand five hundred and twelve) has been collected and sent to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund. The district wise donations given by our Tamil Nadu comrades are given in the enclosed list. CHQ heartily congratulates the Tamil Nadu circle union, all the district unions and the comrades who have liberally donated to help the Wayanad people.

BSNLEU, कर्नाटक सर्कल की दो दिवसीय सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज शुरू हुई।

BSNLEU की दो दिवसीय कर्नाटक सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज और कल बेंगलुरु में हो रही है। बैठक की शुरुआत राष्ट्रीय ध्वज और यूनियन ध्वज फहराने के साथ हुई। सर्कल सचिव साथी एच.वी. सुदर्शन ने सभी साथियों का स्वागत किया। सर्कल अध्यक्ष साथी सी.के.गुंडन्ना बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे हैं। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने इस बैठक का उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। उन्होंने बीएसएनएल की 4G लॉन्चिंग, वेतन संशोधन और कर्मचारियों और कंपनी के सामने आने वाले अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर विस्तार से बात की। साथी एच.वी. सुदर्शन, सर्कल सचिव ने गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट पेश की।साथी निर्मला, सर्कल कोषाध्यक्ष ने वित्तीय रिपोर्ट पेश की। सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक के साथ-साथ आज बीएसएनएल वर्किंग वूमेन कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी (बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी) की बैठक भी हुई।

The two day Karnataka circle executive committee meeting of BSNLEU, is being held at Bengaluru today and tomorrow. The meeting took off with the hoisting of the national flag and the union flag. Com. H. V. Sudarshan, circle secretary, welcomed all the comrades. Com. C.K.Gundanna, circle president, is presiding over the meeting. Com.P. Abhimanyu, GS delivered the inaugural address of this meeting. He spoke at length on the issues of BSNL's 4G launching, wage revision and on other important issues being faced by the employees and the Company. Come. H.V.Sudarshan, circle secretary, presented the report on activities. Com. Nirmala, circle treasurer, presented the financial report. Together with the circle executive committee meeting, the meeting of BSNL Working Women's Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC) is also held today.
