BSNLEU is continuously taking up the issue of Issuing Presidential Orders to 7 ATTs of Hajipur OA, Bihar circle. The issue is lying pending in the Corporate Office, for want of certain information from CGM Office, Bihar circle. It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, the CGM Office, Bihar circle, has sent the requisite details to the Corporate Office. In today’s meeting with Shri S.P. Singh, PGM (Estt.), Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, requested him to take prompt action on this issue, so that this long pending issue could be resolved.

BSNLEU has already taken up the case of issuing Presidential Orders to around 140 officials belonging to Darbhanga and nearby districts in Bihar circle. This issue was taken up by BSNLEU, up to the level of the Director (HR). However, our demand for issuing Presidential Order to 140 officials of Bihar circle was not accepted. Under these circumstances, many officials had filed case in the Hon’ble CAT, Patna Bench.  The Hon’ble CAT, Patna Bench has given a favourable judgement to the applicants. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri S.P. Singh, PGM (Estt.) and demanded for early implementation of the Hon’ble CAT order. The PGM(Estt) replied that, the issue is being looked into. The General Secretary requested PGM(Estt) to take a positive decision with regards to implementation of the Hon’ble CAT judgement.  

BSNLEU has already requested for a meeting with the Director (HR), for discussing 8 important issues of the Non-Executives, which have already been taken up by the Union, with the Management. In today’s meeting with the Director (HR), the General Secretary, BSNLEU, requested to hold this meeting promptly. The Director (HR) replied that the meeting would be held next week.

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Kalayan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR) today and discussed about the issue of non-holding of the Wage Revision Committee meeting for the past 4 months. The General Secretary pointed out that, the last meet of Wage Revision Committee was held on 19.12.2024. Thereafter, notification was issued for holding the next meeting on 10.03.2025, but that meeting was immediately postponed by the Management, informed the General Secretary. He further told that, ever since then, BSNLEU was continuously knocking the doors of the Management for holding the next meeting, but the Management had not even fixed the date for the same. The General Secretary informed the Director (HR) that, the employees are extremely agitated over the extreme delay in holding the meeting of the Wage Revision Committee and requested him to ensure that, the date of the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee was fixed immediately. The Director (HR) promptly directed the PGM(SR) to immediately notify the date for the next Wage Revision Committee meeting. We hope that, the intervention of the Director (HR) will result in the immediate announcement of the date of the next Wage Revision Committee meeting.

14 और 15 मई, 2025 को कोलकाता में होने वाली सीईसी बैठक के लिए अधिसूचना जारी।

जैसा कि पहले ही बताया जा चुका है, BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक 14 और 15 मई, 2025 को कोलकाता में होने जा रही है। सीईसी बैठक का स्थान आईसीएमएआरडी हॉल, उल्टाडांगा रेलवे स्टेशन के पास, कोलकाता है। पश्चिम बंगाल सर्किल यूनियन इस सीईसी बैठक की मेजबानी कर रही है। सीएचक्यू ने आज इस सीईसी बैठक के लिए अधिसूचना जारी की है। सीएचक्यू ने सीईसी सदस्यों के लिए विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश की मंजूरी के लिए प्रबंधन को पत्र भी जारी किया है। सभी सर्किल सचिवों और सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस बैठक में अनिवार्य रूप से भाग लें।

As has already been informed, the Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU is going to be held at Kolkata on 14th & 15th May, 2025. Venue of the CEC meeting is ICMARD Hall, Near Ultadanga Railway Station, Kolkata. The West Bengal circle union is hosting this CEC meeting. The CHQ has issued notification for this CEC meeting today. The CHQ has also issued letter to the Management, for the sanction of Special Casual Leave. All the Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers are requested to participate in this meeting without fail.

क्यूबा राहत कोष। 

क्यूबा के साथ एकजुटता के लिए राष्ट्रीय समिति के आह्वान के अनुसार BSNLEU क्यूबा राहत कोष एकत्र कर रहा है। कुछ और सर्किलों / साथियों ने निम्नलिखित विवरण के अनुसार सीएचक्यू को दान भेजा है : 

(1) मध्य प्रदेश सर्किल – रु.10,301/-

(2) एनई-I सर्किल – रु.7,000/-

(3) साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव  – रु.5,000/-

(4) साथी जॉन वर्गीस, उप महासचिव – रु.5,000/-

(5) चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्किल – रु.2,500/-

केरल, आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना सर्किलों ने भी सीएचक्यू को राशि भेज दी है। शेष सर्किलों से भी अनुरोध है कि वे क्यूबा राहत कोष के संग्रह में तेजी लाएं और इसे सीएचक्यू को भेजें।

As per the call of the National Committee for Solidarity with Cuba, BSNLEU is collecting Cuba Relief Fund. Some more circles / comrades have sent the donation as per the following details:-

1. Madhya Pradesh circle           – Rs.10,301/-
2. NE-I circle                               – Rs.7,000/-
3. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS           – Rs.5,000/-
4. Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS   –  Rs.5,000/-
5. Chennai Telephones circle      – Rs.2,500/-

Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circles also have already sent the amount to the CHQ. The remaining circles are also requested to expedite the collection of Cuba Relief Fund and send the same to the CHQ.

BSNLEU जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में 28 पर्यटकों की हत्या की कड़ी निंदा करता है।

यह जानकर बहुत दुख हुआ कि कल जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में आतंकवादियों ने 28 पर्यटकों की हत्या कर दी। ये निर्दोष पर्यटक देश के विभिन्न भागों से थे। वे पहलगाम से 7 किलोमीटर दूर घास के एक खूबसूरत मैदान में छुट्टियां मना रहे थे। BSNLEU निर्दोष पर्यटकों पर आतंकवादियों द्वारा किए गए इस कायराना हमले की कड़ी निंदा करता है। BSNLEU पीड़ितों के परिवार के सदस्यों के प्रति अपनी हार्दिक संवेदना भी व्यक्त करता है।
