A question has been raised with the CHQ, regarding the formation of Local Council. The question is that, whether Local Council can be formed at the OA level. The reply of the CHQ is that, Local Council can very well be formed at the OA level, wherever the full-fledged district union of BSNLEU is functioning. Hence, Circle and District Secretaries are requested to make note of this and are requested to send nominations for Local Councils, wherever the same has not been formed at the OA level.

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, Rajasthan Circle, is successfully held at Jaipur today. Com. Kamal Singh Gohil, Circle President, presided over the meeting. Com. Ashok Pareek, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the report on activities. Com. P. K. Jain, Organising Secretary, CHQ addressed the meeting and explained about the decisions of the Bhopal CEC meeting. He also explained about the issues being taken up by the CHQ and requested the comrades to participate in maximum numbers in the “Delhi Chalo” programme to be organised on 07-07-2023. All the Executive Committee members participated in the discussion. Com.Ashok Pareek, Circle Secretary, replied to the issues raised by the comrades. Com.M.K.Nagpal, Circle Secretary, AIBDPA, senior leader Com. V. P. Sharma and Com. Hari Narain, Organising Secretary, (CHQ) AIBDPA also addressed the meeting.
