BSNL Working Women’s Coordination  Committee, Kerala circle, held it’s meeting on 27.06.2023, at Thrissur P&T Society Hall.  24 comrades attended the meeting.  The meeting was inaugurated  by BSNLWWCC All India Convenor, Com. K.N. Jyothi Lakshmi. Circle Vice President, Com.K.Shyamala, presided. BSNLWWCC Kerala circle convenor, Com. Beena John welcomed everyone and  presented the activity report.  Circle Secretary of BSNLEU, Com. M. Vijayakumar, Circle President Com. P. Manoharan, Circle Vice President Com.K.  Rekha and Thrissur District Secretary Com.K.R.Krishnadas greeted the meeting.  All the members actively participated in the discussions. Global and National level situations, the crisis being faced by BSNL, agitations for the rights of employees including pay revision, service issues, strengthening the unity of women employees in BSNL,etc., were discussed. The meeting decided that the BSNLWWCC, Kerala circle should meet once in three months and convene online meetings on various social issues. The meeting got concluded with vote of thanks from Com.A. S. Rajan, Circle Organising Secretary. 

मानव संसाधन के पुनर्गठन की समीक्षा - सर्कल सचिवों द्वारा की जाने वाली कार्यवाही।

BSNLEU लगातार मांग कर रहा है कि बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन द्वारा लागू किए गए मानव संसाधन के पुनर्गठन की समीक्षा की जानी चाहिए। यह एक निर्विवाद तथ्य है कि मानव संसाधन के पुनर्गठन ने हजारों पदों को समाप्त कर दिया है, जिससे कर्मचारियों की कमी पैदा होने के अलावा, नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के पदोन्नति के रास्ते पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ा है। यह मुद्दा 10.05.2023 को निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ आयोजित औपचारिक बैठक में उठाया गया था। इसके बाद भी BSNLEU लगातार इस मुद्दे को उठा रहा है। आज, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने इस मुद्दे पर प्रबंधन द्वारा की जा रही कार्रवाई के बारे में सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) से पूछताछ की। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) ने जवाब दिया कि, पहले सर्कलों के विचार एकत्र किए जाएंगे, जिसके आधार पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसलिए, सभी सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे तुरंत फील्ड स्तर की आवश्यकताओं के संबंध में डेटा एकत्र करें और उस पर एक नोट तैयार करें। नोट पर चीफ जनरल मैनेजर के साथ चर्चा की जा सकती है। चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को सौंपे गए नोट की एक प्रति सीएचक्यू को अवश्य भेजी जाए।

BSNLEU is consistently demanding that, the Restructuring of Manpower, implemented by the BSNL Management, should be reviewed. It is an undeniable fact that, the Restructuring of Manpower has abolished thousands of posts, which has adversely affected the promotional avenues of the Non-Executives, apart from creating shortage of staff. The issue was raised in the Formal Meeting held with the Director (HR) on 10.05.2023. Thereafter also, BSNLEU is consistently raising this issue. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, enquired with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR), about action being taken by the Management on this issue. The PGM(SR) replied that, the views of the circles would collected first, based on which action would be taken by the Corporate Office. Hence, all circle secretaries are requested to immediately collect data regarding the field level requirements and prepare a note on it. The note may be discussed with the CGMs. A copy of the note submitted to the CGMs may please be sent to the CHQ.

ओए-OA स्तर पर लोकल काउंसिल का गठन - महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) से चर्चा की और निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखा।

सीएचक्यू के ध्यान में यह लाया गया है कि कुछ सर्कलों में सर्कल प्रशासन ओए-OA स्तर पर लोकल काउंसिलों के गठन की अनुमति नहीं दे रहे हैं। कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने ऐसा कोई निर्देश जारी नहीं किया है कि लोकल काउंसिलों का गठन ओए-OA स्तर पर नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और मांग की है कि कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को ओए-OA स्तर पर लोकल काउंसिलों के गठन के संबंध में सभी चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को आवश्यक दिशानिर्देश जारी करना चाहिए। सीएचक्यू ने आज निदेशक (एचआर) को एक पत्र भी लिखा है, जिसमें इस मामले पर सभी चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को आवश्यक सूचना भेजने की मांग की गई है।

It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, in some circles, the circle administrations are not allowing formation of Local Councils at the OA level. The Corporate Office has not issued any instruction stating that, Local Councils should not be formed at the OA level. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) today and demanded that, the Corporate Office should issue necessary guideline to all the CGMs regarding formation of Local Councils at the OA level. The CHQ has also written a letter to the Director (HR) today, demanding to send necessary communication to all the CGMs on this matter.
