The Circle Conference of BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC) was enthusiastically held at Virudhunagar today. Com.P.Indira, Committee member, as well as former All India Convenor of BSNLWWCC, presided over and delivered the presidential address. Com.Jaya Kumar, District Secretary, BSNLEU, Virudhunagar, welcomed everyone. Com.G. Uma Rani, All India Committee member, moved the condolence resolution. The inaugural address of the Conference was delivered by Com.K.N. Jyothi Lakshmi, All India Convenor. The report on activities was presented by Com.Barlin, Circle Convenor. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the Conference and spoke in detail on the issues of the women employees that BSNLEU is taking up at the All India level. He also explained about the present status of Wage Revision, BSNL’s 4G / 5G launching, New Promotion Policy and other issues of the Non-Executives. Com.Babu Radhakrishnan, Circle President, Com.P.Raju, Circle Secretary and Com.Idris, CS, BSNLCCWF, addressed and greeted the Conference. In the delegates session, a lively debate was made by the participants. Thereafter, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, replied to the All India level issues raised by the delegates. Finally, Com.Barlin Kanagaraj, Convenor, delivered the summing up address. Many resolutions were passed unanimously in the Conference. Election of the new Committee is held unanimously. पंजाब सर्कल में जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा न होना - अदालती मामले की स्थिति। 

यह सर्वविदित है कि, कानूनी जटिलताओं के कारण वेकेंसी वर्ष 2014-15 के लिए पंजाब सर्कल में आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणाम अब तक घोषित नहीं किए गए हैं। BSNLEU जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा के लिए शीघ्र समाधान खोजने के लिए कॉर्पोरेट प्रबंधन पर कड़ा दबाव बना रहा है। हालांकि, पंजाब सर्कल प्रशासन के असहयोग के कारण इस मुद्दे का समाधान निकलने में भारी देरी हो रही है। उदाहरण के लिए, 31.05.2023 को हुई सुनवाई में, न तो बीएसएनएल वकील और न ही पंजाब सर्कल प्रशासन से कोई भी सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत में मौजूद था। इस मुद्दे को BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ गंभीरता से उठाया था। इन परिस्थितियों में मामले की सुनवाई 01.08.2023 को हुई। इस सुनवाई के दौरान, बीएसएनएल के वकील और डेप्यूटी जनरल मैनेजर (प्रशासन) और असिस्टेंट जनरल मैनेजर (कानूनी) दोनों अदालत कक्ष में मौजूद थे। हालांकि, इस सुनवाई में सिर्फ क्रमांक 39 तक के मामलों की ही सुनवाई हुई। जेटीओ एलआईसीई केस का क्रमांक 45 था, इसलिए केस की सुनवाई नहीं हुई। सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 25.08.2023 तय की गई है। BSNLEU इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से उठाएगा।

It is a known fact that, the results of the JTO LICE, held in Punjab circle for the vacancy year 2014-15 has not been declared so far, due to legal complications. BSNLEU is pressing hard on the Corporate Management for finding an early solution for the declaration of the JTO LICE results. However, due to the non-cooperation of the Punjab circle administration, there is heavy delay in finding a solution to this issue. For example, in the hearing held on 31.05.2023, neither the BSNL advocate nor anyone from Punjab circle administration was present in the court during the hearing. This issue was seriously taken up by BSNLEU with the CMD BSNL and Director (HR). Under these circumstances, the hearing of the case came up on 01.08.2023. During this hearing, both the BSNL advocate and also the DGM (Admn.) & AGM (Legal) were present in the court room. However, in this hearing, only cases up to serial no.39 were heard. The serial number of JTO LICE case was 45. Hence, the case was not heard. The next date of the hearing has been fixed as 25.08.2023. BSNLEU will seriously pursue this issue.

Dr. Kalayan Sagar Nippani is selected as the next Director (HR) of BSNL. Presently, he is working as PGM(Finance) in Chennai Telephones. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, called on Dr. Kalayan Sagar Nippani and congratulated him for having selected as the next Director (HR) of BSNL. Com.M.Sridhara Subramanian, Circle Secretary, Chennai and Com.A.J. Shree Ganesh, Asstt. Circle Secretary, Chennai, accompanied the General Secretary.  The representatives of BSNLEU briefly discussed about certain issues of the Non-Executives and also about the involvement of BSNL’s manpower in the early revival of the Company.
