In view of celebration of Onam festival in the month of August, the Department of Expenditure, Finance Ministry has already issued letter for advancing the date of disbursement of salary in Kerala circle to 25.08.2023. BSNLEU has already written letter to the CMD BSNL on this issue on 16.08.2023 itself. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri Rajiv Kumar, Director (Finance) and to Shri P.C. Bhatt, PGM(CBB) and insisted for disbursement of salary on 25.08.2023, for the BSNL employees working in Kerala circle. They have assured to look into this issue.

नोन-एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को आईक्यू के आवंटन में भेदभाव समाप्त करें - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा।

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन आईक्यू आवंटन में भेदभावपूर्ण नीति अपना रहा है। अधिकारियों के लिए आईक्यू आवंटित किया जा रहा है, वहीं नोन-एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को इससे वंचित किया जा रहा है। नोन-एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स जिन्हें चिकित्सा उपचार, अपने बच्चों के साक्षात्कार आदि के सिलसिले में शहरों और कस्बों में जाना पड़ता है, प्रबंधन की भेदभावपूर्ण नीति के कारण आईक्यू प्राप्त करने में असमर्थ होते हैं। BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर भेदभाव को दूर करने और नोन-एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को भी आईक्यू का आवंटन सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की है।

BSNL Management is adopting a discriminatory policy in the allotment of IQs. While the IQs are being allotted for the Executives, the same is being denied to the Non-Executives. Non-Executives who have to go to the cities and towns in connection with medical treatment, interviews of their children, etc., are unable to get IQs due to the discriminatory policy of the Management. BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR), demanding to remove the discrimination and to ensure the allotment of IQs to the Non-Executives also.

जैसा कि BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू द्वारा पहले ही आह्वान किया जा चुका है, ठेका श्रमिकों की ज्वलंत समस्याओं के समाधान की मांग को लेकर कल डिप्टी सीएलसी, आरएलसी और एलईओ के कार्यालयों तक मार्च आयोजित किया जाएगा। BSNLEU के सर्किल/डिस्ट्रिक्ट यूनियनों से एक बार फिर अनुरोध है कि कल कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन करें और ज्ञापन सौंपें। तस्वीरें और रिपोर्ट सीएचक्यू को अवश्य भेजें। 

As has already been called on by the CHQ of BSNLEU, Marches to the offices of the Dy.CLC, RLC and the LEO are to be organised tomorrow, demanding settlement of the burning problems of the contract workers. Circle / district unions of BSNLEU are once again requested to organise the programme successfully tomorrow and to submit the memorandum. Photos and reports may be sent to the CHQ without fail.
