End discrimination in the allotment of IQs to the Non-Executives – BSNLEU writes to the Director (HR)..
BSNL Management is adopting a discriminatory policy in the allotment of IQs. While the IQs are being allotted for the Executives, the same is being denied to the Non-Executives. Non-Executives who have to go to the cities and towns in connection with medical treatment, interviews of their children, etc., are unable to get IQs due to the discriminatory policy of the Management. BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR), demanding to remove the discrimination and to ensure the allotment of IQs to the Non-Executives also.
