The TUI Transport and Communications, is a part of the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU). The 15^th Congress of this TUI Transport & Communications started at Athens in Greece today. This Congress will be held today and tomorrow. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, BSNLEU is participating in this Congress as a delegate. At the outset, the Congress conducted a brief programme, expressing its solidarity with Palestinians and against Israeli aggression. The Congress formally started after electing the presidium. Com.P.Abhimanyu is elected to the presidium for today’s proceedings. Com. Michael Makwayiba, President, WFTU, inaugurated the Congress. Com. Ali Riza Kuchukos Monaglu, General Secretary of the TUI Transport and Communications presented the report on activities. Thereafter, deliberations by the delegates started and is going on. PAME, the militant trade union of Greece has made excellent arrangements for this Congress.

Shri Nitin Jain, the CGM of ALTTC has been transferred from ALTTC and is posted in J&K circle. This letter of the DoT is issued today the 18.11.2023, which is not a working day for the DoT. Thus, it becomes clear that the transfer of the CGM, ALTTC, has been done on an emergency basis. What is the reason? It is because the CGM, ALTTC, has written letter to the Director (HR), against the taking over of the ALTTC campus by the DoT. The DoT has directed CMD BSNL to relieve Shri Nitin Jain from the post of CGM, ALTTC, immediately. The DoT is taking over the ALTTC campus against the decision of the Cabinet of government of India. It does not want anyone to even speak against it’s decision.

बीएसएनएल ने एक महीने में 22 लाख कनेक्शन खोए - टीआरएआई की रिपोर्ट।

टीआरएआई ने अगस्त, 2023 महीने के लिए विभिन्न कंपनियों के ग्राहकों का डेटा जारी किया है। टीआरएआई के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, अकेले अगस्त महीने में बीएसएनएल ने 22,20,654 कनेक्शन खो दिए हैं। रिलायंस जियो ने अगस्त में 32,45,569 कनेक्शन और एयरटेल ने 12,17,704 कनेक्शन जोड़े हैं। जियो और एयरटेल पहले ही पूरे देश में अपनी पूर्ण 5G सेवा लॉन्च कर चुके हैं। हालाँकि, बीएसएनएल ने अपनी 4G सेवा भी लॉन्च नहीं की है। इस प्रकार, स्वाभाविक रूप से जियो और एयरटेल बीएसएनएल के ग्राहकों पर कब्जा कर रहे हैं। ऐसा कहा जाता है कि, बीएसएनएल के 4G नेटवर्क की शुरुआत अक्टूबर, 2024 में ही पूरी हो जाएगी। इसका मतलब है, हमें बीएसएनएल की 4G लॉन्चिंग देखने के लिए एक साल और इंतजार करना होगा। उस समय तक बीएसएनएल का क्या होगा ? टीआरएआई की रिपोर्ट सभी की जानकारी के लिए संलग्न है। 

The TRAI has released subscriber’s data of various Companies for the month of August, 2023. According to TRAI’s data, BSNL has lost 22,20,654 connections in the month of August alone. Reliance Jio has added 32,45,569 connections in August and Airtel has added 12,17,704 connections. Jio and Airtel have already launched their full-fledged 5G service throughout the country. However, BSNL has not even launched it’s 4G service. Thus, naturally Jio and Airtel are capturing BSNL’s customers. It is stated that, the commissioning of BSNL’s 4G network will be completed only in October, 2024. It means, we have to wait for one more year to see BSNL’s 4G launching. What will happen to BSNL by that time? The TRAI report is enclosed herewith for the information of all.

जिला सचिव, BSNLEU, गाज़ीपुर का अनुचित स्थानांतरण रद्द करने की सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मांग महासचिव, BSNLEU ने की ।

BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू, BSNLEU, गाज़ीपुर के जिला सचिव, साथी राकेश कुमार मौर्य के वाराणसी बीए से कानपुर बीए में स्थानांतरण का विरोध कर रहा है। यह स्थानांतरण स्थानांतरण से छूट पर कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के आदेशों का उल्लंघन करते हुए और नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव्स के स्थानांतरण दायित्व पर नियमों के उल्लंघन में भी आदेश दिया गया है। साथी राकेश कुमार मौर्य ने जब से ग़ाज़ीपुर में हो रहे भ्रष्टाचार के संबंध में सीवीसी को लिखित शिकायत की है तब से उन्हें प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है। इस मामले पर 02.11.2023 को निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ पहले ही चर्चा हो चुकी है। महासचिव ने कल 15-11-2023 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ इस मुद्दे को उठाया। बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी ने मामले पर गौर करने का आश्वासन दिया।
