BSNLEU आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल ने कडप्पा में सर्कल एग्जीक्यूटिव कमेटी की मीटिंग ऑर्गनाइज़ की।

BSNLEU, आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल ने 05-12-2025 को कडप्पा में अपनी सर्कल एग्जीक्यूटिव कमेटी की मीटिंग सफलतापूर्व आयोजित की, जिसमें डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरी और सर्कल ऑफिस-बेयरर ने शानदार हिस्सा लिया। मीटिंग की अध्यक्षता सर्कल प्रेसिडेंट साथी पी.ई.सी.एच.वी. सागर ने की। सेशन की शुरुआत BSNLEU आंध्र प्रदेश के सर्कल सेक्रेटरी साथी एस. कृष्ण बालाजी ने सेक्रेटेरिएट रिपोर्ट प्रेजेंटेशन के साथ की। उन्होंने आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल में 4G और 5G सर्विसेज़ के बारे में लेटेस्ट डेवलपमेंट के बारे में डिटेल में बताया और डिस्ट्रिक्ट और सर्कल दोनों लेवल पर ऑर्गेनाइज़ेशनल फंक्शनिंग को मज़बूत करने की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया। उन्होंने चल रहे वेज एग्रीमेंट प्रोसेस में सीएचक्यू  के प्रोएक्टिव रोल पर भी ज़ोर दिया और सभी एक्टिविस्ट से आने वाले मेंबरशिप वेरिफिकेशन में मज़बूत परफॉर्मेंस पक्का करने की अपील की। ​​मीटिंग को एड्रेस करते हुए, वाइस प्रेसिडेंट (CHQ) साथी के. रामादेवी ने बीएसएनएल को मुश्किल हालात में धकेलने में सरकारी पॉलिसीज़ की भूमिका के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि BSNLEU, बीएसएनएल बोर्ड में वेज एग्रीमेंट को मंज़ूरी दिलाने के लिए हो रही प्रोग्रेस पर करीब से नज़र रख रहा है। इंटरैक्टिव सेशन के दौरान, डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरी और सर्कल ऑफिस के लोगों ने जेई से जेटीओ प्रमोशन, प्रपोज़्ड नई प्रमोशन पॉलिसी, और जॉइंट मूवमेंट को मज़बूत करने में एग्जीक्यूटिव और नॉन-एग्जीक्यूटिव की मिली-जुली भूमिका जैसे ज़रूरी मुद्दे उठाए। AIBDPA के ऑल इंडिया वाइस प्रेसिडेंट, साथी  पी. अशोक बाबू ने हर सवाल का डिटेल में जवाब दिया। उन्होंने एग्जीक्यूटिव और नॉन-एग्जीक्यूटिव को एक कॉमन प्लेटफॉर्म पर लाने में AUAB की अहमियत पर भी ज़ोर दिया, जो 3rd पीआरसी के फ़ायदे पाने और बीएसएनएल के ओवरऑल कामकाज को बेहतर बनाने के लिए ज़रूरी है। AIBDPA के सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, साथी  एन. रामा राव ने भी कमिटी को संबोधित किया और कीमती बातें शेयर कीं। BSNLEU के असिस्टेंट सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, साथी  पी. थाटा राव ने पे रिविज़न के बारे में एक ज़रूरी मैसेज दिया और इसे पाने के लिए मिलकर कोशिश करने की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया। इस अच्छी तरह से आयोजित मीटिंग को साथी  के. सुभा राव, डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरी, कडप्पा BSNLEU ने कोऑर्डिनेट किया, जिनकी कोशिशों से प्रोग्राम का सफल आयोजन पक्का हुआ। मीटिंग BSNLEU के सर्कल वाइस प्रेसिडेंट साथी  अकबर बाशा के धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव के साथ खत्म हुई।

जेटीओ से जेई कैडर में वापसी - सीएचक्यू  ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (पर्सनल.), बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस को श्री एस. रामकृष्ण, जेटीओ,  आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल की एप्लीकेशन पर पत्र लिखा। 

श्री एस. रामकृष्ण, आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल, को 01.10.2014 को जेटीओ कैडर में प्रमोट किया गया और आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल में पोस्ट किया गया। इसके बाद उन्हें जुलाई 2023 से E1 से E2 में प्रमोशन दिया गया। गंभीर पारिवारिक समस्याओं के कारण, अधिकारी ने सितंबर 2017 में जेटीओ कैडर से जेई कैडर में वापसी के लिए एक एप्लीकेशन दी। हालांकि, उस समय मैनेजमेंट ने उस रिक्वेस्ट पर विचार नहीं किया। एक बार फिर, 22.07.2024 को, श्री एस. रामकृष्ण ने मैनेजमेंट को एक नई अपील दी, जिसमें मानवीय आधार पर वापसी के लिए उनके मामले पर विचार करने का अनुरोध किया गया। सर्कल यूनियन से रिप्रेजेंटेशन मिलने के बाद, सीएचक्यू  ने अब इस मामले को उठाया है और मैनेजमेंट को एक पत्र भेजा है, जिसमें श्री एस. रामकृष्ण की अपील पर सहानुभूति से विचार करने और मामले में सही कार्रवाई करने की रिक्वेस्ट की गई है।

It is a well-established guideline under the EPF rulings that if any EPF contribution is not deducted or deposited by the principal employer within the prescribed time, the entire liability—both the employees’ share and the employer’s share—has to be borne by the principal employer alone. The issue was discussed in detail in the National Council meeting in the case of Shri Manoj Sharma, M.P. circle, wherein the Management had agreed to abide by the EPF rulings. The same was also duly recorded in the minutes of the National Council meeting. However, it is highly unfortunate that the Management is reluctant to implement the decision of the National Council as well as the clear guidelines issued by the EPF authorities. Despite the agreed position, forceful recovery of arrears of EPF contribution from employees’ salaries is still being resorted to. In view of this, the CHQ has addressed a letter to the Director (HR), BSNL, urging him to ensure immediate implementation of the EPF rulings in this regard and to stop forthwith the forceful recovery of arrear EPF amounts from employees’ salaries.

Shri S. Ramakrishna, Andhra Pradesh Circle, was promoted to the JTO cadre on 01.10.2014 and posted in the A.P. Circle. He was subsequently granted promotion from E1 to E2 w.e.f. July 2023. Due to serious family problems, the official submitted an application seeking reversion from the JTO cadre to the JE cadre in September 2017. However, the said request was not considered by the Management at that time. Once again, on 22.07.2024, Shri S. Ramakrishna submitted a fresh appeal to the Management requesting consideration of his case for reversion on humanitarian grounds. The CHQ, upon receiving the representation from the Circle Union, has now taken up the matter and addressed a letter to the Management, requesting sympathetic consideration of the appeal of Shri S. Ramakrishna and appropriate action in the matter.

BSNLEU, Andhra Pradesh Circle, successfully organised its Circle Executive Committee meeting on 05-12-2025.at Kadapa, with impressive participation from district secretaries and circle office-bearers. The meeting was presided over by Com. P.E. Ch.V. Sagara, Circle President. The session commenced with the presentation of the Secretariat Report by Com. S. Krishna Balaji, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU Andhra Pradesh. He elaborated on the latest developments regarding 4G and 5G services in the Andhra Pradesh Circle and emphasised the need for strengthening organisational functioning at both district and circle levels. He further highlighted the proactive role of the CHQ in the ongoing Wage Agreement process and urged all activists to ensure a strong performance in the forthcoming Membership Verification. Addressing the meeting, Com. K. Ramadevi, Vice President (CHQ), explained the role of government policies in pushing BSNL into a difficult situation. She assured that BSNLEU is closely monitoring the progress to secure approval of the Wage Agreement in the BSNL Board. During the interactive session, district secretaries and circle office-bearers raised important issues including JE to JTO promotion, the proposed new promotion policy, and the combined role of Executives and Non-Executives in strengthening the joint movement. Com. P. Ashok Babu, All India Vice President, AIBDPA, responded to each query in detail. He also underlined the significance of AUAB in uniting Executives and Non-Executives on a common platform, essential for achieving 3^rd PRC benefits and for improving BSNL’s overall functioning. Com. N. Rama Rao, Circle Secretary, AIBDPA, also addressed the committee and shared valuable insights. Com. P. Thata Rao, Assistant Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, delivered an important message regarding Pay Revision and stressed the need for united efforts to achieve it. This well-organised meeting was coordinated by Com. K. Subha Rao, District Secretary, Kadapa BSNLEU, whose efforts ensured the successful conduct of the programme. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Com. Akbar Basha, Circle Vice President, BSNLEU.
