Some officials working in the CGM offices are eligible to appear in the TT LICE. However, Telecom Technician posts are not available there. As such, the eligible officials working in the CGM offices are unable to appear in the TT LICE. BSNLEU has already written letter to the PGM(Estt.) on this issue. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.) today. It was told by the PGM(Estt.) that, the eligible officials working in the CGM offices are entitled to appear in the TT LICE in their parent BAs (the BA from where they had come on transfer to the CGM offices). 

As all comrades are aware, the Joint Forum has given call for organising Human Chain programme at district level on 01.06.2023, demanding settlement of Wage Revision, immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G and implementation of a New Promotion Policy for the Non-Executives. Since we have to send a powerful message to the government, maximum mobilisation of BSNL employees and pensioners is very essential in the Human Chain programme. The date of the programme is not far away. Circle and district secretaries are requested to ensure immediately that our comrades meet each employee and the pensioners to mobilise them in the Human Chain programme and to make it a grand success.

The last date for submitting option to join the Group Health Insurance scheme was over on 21-05-2023. However, some circle unions of BSNLEU requested the CHQ to get the last date extended by few days, so that, it will enable more employees to give option. Hence, BSNLEU wrote letter to the Director(HR) today, requesting to extend the last date to submit option by a few days. Based on this, the Corporate Office has issued letter extending the last date for submitting option up to 25-05-2023. The last date for withdrawal of the option will be to 26-05-2023. 

The last date for joining the Group Health Insurance Scheme has been fixed as 21.05.2023. However, BSNLEU has received requests from the employees of some circles for the extension of the last date by a few more days. Since this will enable more willing employees to join the Group Health Insurance Scheme, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR), requesting to extend the last date by a few more days.

दिल्ली चलो कार्यक्रम की तिथि बदलकर  07.07.2023 की गई*– *सभी साथियों से अनुरोध है कि कृपया ध्यान दें।

बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच ने 26.06.2023 को बड़े पैमाने पर दिल्ली चलो कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय पहले ही लिया है। हालांकि, कई सर्किलों के साथियों ने सूचित किया है कि उस अवधि के दौरान दिल्ली से आने-जाने के ट्रेन टिकट उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। यह इस कारण है कि यह उत्तर भारत के लिए 30.06.2023 तक की छुट्टी की अवधि है और इसलिए ट्रेनों में बहुत अधिक भीड़ हो सकती है। संयुक्त मंच ने इस स्थिति की समीक्षा की और अब _*07.07.2023_ को *दिल्ली चलो कार्यक्रम* आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। इस तिथि के लिए बहुत सारे ट्रेन टिकट उपलब्ध हैं। अत: संयुक्त मंच के सभी सर्किलों के सर्किल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि दिल्ली चलो कार्यक्रम की तत्काल टिकट बुक कराएं और इसे भव्य रूप से सफल बनाएं। यह भी ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि *मानव श्रृंखला और राज्यपाल निवासस्थान तक कूच कार्यक्रमों की तारीखों में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है।
