As regards, conducting Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre, the CGM (BW) has already communicated the details of the sanctioned posts to the Recruitment Branch. Now, the Recruitment Branch has to initiate action for holding the Special JTO LICE. However, no action is taken so far, since Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Rectt. & Trng.) has gone on voluntary retirement on 03.01.2025. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri S.P. Singh, PGM (Estt.), who is also holding the additional charge of Recruitment and Training and discussed this issue. The General Secretary informed that, this matter is getting abnormally delayed and urged that the Recruitment Branch should take early action to hold the Special JTO LICE. Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.) noted the points and assured that expeditious action would be taken.

Since Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Chairman of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision has retired on VR on 03.01.2025, there is need to reconstitute the Committee by appointing a new Chairman. In his discussion with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR), today, Com.P.Abhimnyu, GS, raised this issue and insisted for an early reconstitution of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision, by appointing a new Chairman. The PGM(SR), replied that the Management has already initiated action and file has been moved for appointing the new Chairman. Decision on holding the next meeting of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision will be taken after the new Chairman is appointed.

केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के संयुक्त मंच ने अखिल भारतीय हड़ताल की तैयारी करने का आह्वान किया।

यह पहले से ही ज्ञात है कि केंद्र सरकार चार नए श्रम संहिताओं को लागू करने की कोशिश कर रही है, जो मजदूर विरोधी और कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक हैं। ये नए चार श्रम संहिताएं 29 श्रम कानूनों के स्थान पर लाई जा रही हैं, जिन्हें आजादी के बाद मजदूर वर्ग के जुझारू संघर्षों और बलिदानों के परिणामस्वरूप लागू किया गया है। चार नए श्रम संहिताओं को लागू करके, केंद्र सरकार ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन को कुचलना चाहती है और ट्रेड यूनियनों द्वारा सभी हड़ताल कार्रवाइयों को रोकना चाहती है। केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के संयुक्त मंच ने 06.01.2025 को नई दिल्ली में अपनी बैठक आयोजित की और गंभीर चिंता के साथ कहा कि, केंद्र सरकार चार श्रम संहिताओं को लागू करने के लिए सभी प्रयास कर रही है, केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों द्वारा उनका विरोध करने के विभिन्न संघर्षों के बावजूद यह प्रयास किया जा रहा है। केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों ने पूरे मजदूर वर्ग से चार श्रम संहिताओं को रोकने के लिए हड़ताल सहित गंभीर संघर्षों के लिए तैयार रहने का आह्वान किया है। केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों ने अखिल भारतीय हड़ताल आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिसकी तिथि की घोषणा उचित समय पर की जाएगी। BSNLEU संयुक्त मंच का हिस्सा है और केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के आह्वान को लागू करेगा।

यह सर्वविदित तथ्य है कि केंद्र सरकार हर साल बजट के नाम पर बड़े कॉरपोरेट्स को बड़ी रियायतें दे रही है, जबकि मेहनतकश जनता पर भारी बोझ डाल रही है। वर्ष 2025 का जन्म हो चुका है और एक और बजट आने वाला है। इस संबंध में, केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री सुश्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने 06-01-2025 को केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के साथ परामर्श बैठक की है। जैसा कि हम पहले ही बता चुके हैं, केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों ने सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों और रेलवे, रक्षा आदि जैसी विभिन्न केंद्र सरकार की सेवाओं के विनिवेश और निजीकरण का कड़ा विरोध किया है। यह सर्वविदित तथ्य है कि, यह परामर्श बैठक केवल औपचारिकता मात्र है। इस वर्ष के बजट में भी मेहनतकश जनता को करारा झटका और कॉरपोरेट्स को बड़ी रियायतें मिलने वाली हैं। अतः केन्द्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के संयुक्त मंच ने ट्रेड यूनियनों से 05-02-2025 को बजट के विरुद्ध विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने सर्किल एवं जिला यूनियनों से इस कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है।

It is already known that the Central Government is trying to implement four new Labour Codes, which are anti-worker and pro-corporate. These new four Labour Codes are being brought in the place of 29 Labour Laws, which have been implemented after independence, as a result of militant struggles and sacrifices of the working class. By implementing the four new Labour Codes, the Central Government wants to crush the trade union movement and to prevent all strike actions by the trade unions. The Joint Platform of Central Trade Unions held it’s meeting at New Delhi on 06.01.2025 and noted with serious concern that, the Central Government is taking all out efforts to implement the four Labour Codes, despite various struggles by the Central Trade Unions, opposing them. The Central Trade Unions have called upon the entire working class to prepare for serious struggles, including strike, to stop the four Labour Codes. The Central Trade Unions have decided to organise an All India Strike, the date of which will be announced in due course. BSNLEU is part of the Joint Platform and will implement the call of the Central Trade Unions.
