The 40^th meeting of the National Council was held on 13.02.2025. It is already more than one month since that meeting is held. However, minutes of this meeting have not been finalised by the Corporate Office. BSNLEU has already written a letter to the Director (HR), pointing out the inordinate delay. Today, this issue was also taken to the notice of Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR). She replied that, the minutes of the National Council could not be finalised since Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.) was on training earlier and on leave up to 25-02-2025. The PGM(SR) assured to expeditiously finalise the National Council minutes immediately thereafter. 

BSNLEU सीएनटीएक्स उत्तर सर्किल यूनियन को आवासीय क्वार्टरों का आवंटन - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को विस्तृत पत्र लिखा। 

मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों को आवासीय क्वार्टरों और कार्यालय आवास के आवंटन के लिए प्रबंधन द्वारा 2022 से एक नई नीति लागू की गई है। इस नीति के अनुसार, आवासीय क्वार्टर केवल सीएचक्यू स्तर पर मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों को आवंटित किए जाएंगे। सर्किल और जिला स्तर पर, केवल कार्यालय आवास आवंटित किए जाएंगे। लेकिन, शुरू से ही, एनटीआर सर्कल (वर्तमान में सीएनटीएक्स उत्तर) के मान्यता प्राप्त सर्किल यूनियनों को आवासीय क्वार्टर आवंटित किए गए हैं। अब, BSNLEU, सीएनटीएक्स उत्तर सर्किल यूनियन को प्रबंधन द्वारा आवासीय क्वार्टर खाली करने के लिए बार-बार निर्देशित किया जा रहा है। सीएनटीएक्स उत्तर के कर्मचारी पूरे उत्तर भारत में जम्मू और कश्मीर, हिमाचल प्रदेश, पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व), उत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम), उत्तराखंड और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी नई दिल्ली के सर्किलों में तैनात हैं। जब ये कर्मचारी अपनी आधिकारिक और यूनियन गतिविधियों के सिलसिले में दिल्ली आते हैं, तो उन्हें एक या दो दिन रहने के लिए आवास की आवश्यकता होती है। वर्तमान में, सीएनटीएक्स उत्तर सर्किल यूनियन क्वार्टर का उपयोग इस उद्देश्य के लिए किया जा रहा है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन), बीएसएनएल को एक विस्तृत पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें उनसे BSNLEU, सीएनटीएक्स उत्तर सर्किल यूनियन के लिए नई दिल्ली में आवासीय क्वार्टरों के आवंटन के लिए नीति में आवश्यक परिवर्तन शामिल करने का अनुरोध किया गया है। 

A new policy for the allotment of residential quarters and office accommodation to the recognised unions and associations has been implemented by the Management from 2022. According to this policy, residential quarters will be allotted to the recognised unions and associations only at the CHQ level. At the circle and district levels, only office accommodation will be allotted. But, from the beginning, recognised circle unions of NTR circle (presently CNTx North) have been allotted with residential quarters. Now, BSNLEU, CNTx North circle union is being repeatedly directed by the Management to vacate the residential quarters. CNTx North employees are posted throughout entire North India in the circles of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP(East), UP(West), Uttarakhand and also in the National Capital of New Delhi. When these employees come to Delhi in connection with their official and union activities, they need accommodation to stay for a day or two. Presently, the CNTx North circle union quarters is being utilised for this purpose. Hence, BSNLEU has written a detailed letter to the Director (HR), BSNL, requesting him to incorporate necessary change in the Policy, for the allotment of residential quarters for BSNLEU, CNTx North circle union at New Delhi.
