The Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) has issued the order for the enhancement of IDA with effect from 1st July, 2026.
The increase of 3.5% IDA effective from 1st July, 2026 had already been widely reported in the media. Subsequently, on 17th July 2026, the DPE issued the official order directing Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to implement the revised IDA and make payment with immediate effect.
