BSNL’s growth reflects the strength of it’s workforce.

The Strategic Review & Planning Meeting (SRPM) held on 13th July 2026 reviewed BSNL's encouraging performance in the first quarter of FY 2026–27. BSNL recorded 10% year-on-year growth in operating revenue, increasing from ₹4,017 crore to ₹4,418 crore. Enterprise Business registered 19.2% growth, while Consumer Mobility grew by 8%. Maharashtra Circle was among the circles appreciated for its excellent performance. These achievements are the direct result of the hard work, commitment and dedication of BSNL employees and executives, who have delivered despite severe staff shortages, increasing workload and intense competition. The results once again prove that employees are BSNL's greatest strength. BSNLEU congratulates the entire BSNL workforce for this achievement. At the same time, we demand that the Government and BSNL Management match their appreciation with concrete action by immediately settling the 3rd PRC and other pending issues. The workforce that has delivered growth deserves justice, not just appreciation. A stronger BSNL can be built only by strengthening and respecting its employees.
