The BSNL Co-ordination Committee is launching the second phase of its agitational programme from 22nd July 2026, with a three-day Dharna programme demanding the immediate settlement of the long-pending Wage Revision issue. The Wage Agreement file has been pending with the DoT since 12.02.2026, as the Government has not yet relaxed the Affordability Clause. The issue has become more urgent with the 4th Pay Revision Commission approaching. All units are requested to make maximum efforts to mobilise staff and ensure the participation of 100% of our members in the three-day Dharna programme. Leaders of other unions and associations may also be invited to address the Dharna, with a view to building broader unity for future nationwide agitational programmes. Make the 3-day Dharna programme a grand success!
