Expeditiously form the committee for the removal of the discrimination between any NEPP and EPP BSNLEU writes letter to the Director (HR).

In the 40th National Council meeting, held on 13-01-2025, BSNLEU demanded that, the discrimination between NEPP and the Executive Promotion Policy( EPP) should be removed. While the Non- Executives get Time Bound Upgradation of pay scale only after completion of 8 years, the Executives get upgradation of pay scale on completion of every 5 years. BSNLEU strongly demanded that, this discrimination should be removed. The Director(HR) accepted the views of BSNLEU and ordered that, a committee to settle this issue would be formed. It is already 3 months since the National Council meeting is held. To our knowledge, so far the committee has not been formed. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director(HR) today, demanding expeditious formation of the committee for the removal of the discrimination between NEPP and EPP.
