AUAB meets to intensify struggle against Uttarakhand Pilot Project.

An important meeting of the AUAB was held on 09.07.2026, at the SNEA office with the participation of the General Secretaries and representatives of the constituent unions and associations. The General Secretaries who were away from Delhi and the AUAB leaders from the Uttarakhand Circle joined the meeting virtually. The meeting decided to submit a memorandum to the CMD, BSNL, demanding the immediate withdrawal of the Uttarakhand Pilot Project, terming it a unilateral decision of the BSNL Management that would adversely affect BSNL services in the Uttarakhand Circle. It was also decided to organise nationwide lunch-hour demonstrations on 14th July, 2026, with employees wearing black badges in protest. Further programmes of action will be announced next week.
