BSNLEU has finalised the items to be discussed in the forthcoming National Council meeting. BSNLEU is taking up the most burning issues of the Non-Executives. The list of items is enclosed.

बीएसएनएल के 4G उपकरणों को चालू होने में एक साल और लगेगा - निदेशक (सीएम) का कहना है।

बीएसएनएल के निदेशक (सीएम) श्री संदीप गोविल ने बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा शुरू करने के संबंध में सभी चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को 10 जुलाई, 2023 को एक पत्र जारी किया है। उस पत्र में कहा गया है कि बीएसएनएल टीसीएस और आईटीआई से 1 लाख 4G बीटीएस खरीद रहा है। उस पत्र में आगे कहा गया है कि, बीएसएनएल के 4G उपकरणों की कमीशनिंग में एक साल और लगेगा यानी 4G उपकरणों की कमीशनिंग जून, 2024 में ही पूरी हो जाएगी। यहां ध्यान देने वाली बात यह है कि श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव, माननीय संचार मंत्री ने कहा है कि बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा तीन महीने के भीतर शुरू कर दी जाएगी और उसके बाद नवंबर-दिसंबर में बीएसएनएल की 4G को 5G में अपग्रेड कर दिया जाएगा। माननीय मंत्री का बयान 24 मई, 2023 के इकोनॉमिक टाइम्स में प्रकाशित हुआ है।

Shri Sandeep Govil, Director (CM),BSNL, has issued a letter on 10^th July, 2023, to all the CGMs regarding rolling out of BSNL’s 4G service. It is stated in that letter that, BSNL is purchasing 1 lakh 4G BTSs from TCS and ITI. It is further stated in that letter that, the commissioning of BSNL’s 4G equipments will take one more year, i.e., commissioning of 4G equipments will be completed only in June, 2024. It is to be noted here that, Shri Ashwini Vaishnav, the Hon’ble Minister of communications, is reported to have stated that, BSNL‘s 4G service would be rolled out within three months, and thereafter, BSNL’s 4G would be upgraded into 5G in November-December. The Hon’ble Minister‘s statement is published in the Economic Times dated 24^th May, 2023.

असफल एससी/एसटी अभ्यर्थियों के परिणामों की समीक्षा के लिए डीओपी एंड टी के आदेशों को लागू करते हुए मूल्यांकन के निचले मानकों को लागू करें। BSNLEU ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखा।

BSNLEU लगातार मांग कर रहा है कि, एलआईसीई में असफल रहे एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों की समीक्षा निम्न मानक मूल्यांकन लागू करके की जानी चाहिए। BSNLEU पहले ही इस विषय पर दो पत्र लिख चुका है। हालाँकि, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने उन पत्रों पर कार्रवाई नहीं की है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने प्रासंगिक डीओ पी एण्ड टी आदेश का हवाला देते हुए आज एक और पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि, असफल एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों की समीक्षा निम्न मानक मूल्यांकन लागू करके की जानी चाहिए।

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, the results of the SC/ST candidates, who have failed in the LICEs, should be reviewed by applying lower standard of evaluation. BSNLEU has already written two letters on this subject. However, the Corporate Office has not acted upon those letters. Hence, BSNLU has written one more letter today by citing the relevant DoP&T order, which stipulates that, the results of the failed SC/ST candidates should be reviewed by applying lower standard of evaluation.
