As per existing Corporate Office order, employees are permitted to change their union membership once in a year. The window for the employees to submit authorisation for change of union membership will be opened from 16^th June to 15^th July. This year, the Corporate Office has issued letter on 03.06.2024, opening this window from 16.06.2024 to 15.07.2024. All the circle and district unions of BSNLEU are requested to utilise this opportunity for increasing the paid membership of BSNLEU. A copy of the Corporate Office letter is enclosed for information.

सर्किलों के विलय पर एकतरफा निर्णय न लें - BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखा।

पश्चिम बंगाल सर्किल को कोलकाता और तमिलनाडु सर्किल को चेन्नई के साथ विलय करने की जांच के लिए प्रबंधन ने एक समिति गठित की है। यह एक बड़ा कदम है, जिसका इन चारों सर्किलों के कर्मचारियों की कार्य स्थितियों पर असर पड़ेगा। हालांकि, प्रबंधन ने मान्यता प्राप्त ट्रेड यूनियनों के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा नहीं की है। पहले भी कई मौकों पर प्रबंधन ने कर्मचारियों को प्रभावित करने वाले मुद्दों पर एकतरफा निर्णय लिया है और BSNLEU ने इस पर अपना विरोध जताया है। हालांकि, एक बार फिर प्रबंधन ने उपरोक्त सर्किलों के विलय का एकतरफा निर्णय लिया है। BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को एक पत्र लिखकर उन विवरणों को तुरंत साझा करने की मांग की है, जिसके कारण प्रबंधन इन सर्किलों के विलय पर विचार करने के लिए मजबूर हुआ है। BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से यह भी कहा है कि मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों से परामर्श किए बिना कोई अंतिम निर्णय नहीं लिया जाना चाहिए।

Management has formed a committee to examine the merger of West Bengal Circle with Kolkata and Tamil Nadu Circle with Chennai. This is a major step which will have impact on the working conditions of the employees of these four circles. However, the Management has not discussed the issue with the recognised trade unions. On earlier occasions also, Management has taken unilateral decisions on issues affecting the employees and BSNLEU has already expressed its protest over it. However, once again Management has taken the unilateral decision to merge the above mentioned circles. BSNLEU has written a letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding to immediately share the details which has compelled the Management to consider merger of these circles. BSNLEU has also told the CMD BSNL that no final decision should be taken without consulting the recognised unions.

हड़ताल में भाग लेने वाले कर्मचारियों की डीएनआई स्थगित - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर असम सर्किल को आवश्यक निर्देश जारी करने की मांग की।

असम सर्किल में 16 फरवरी की हड़ताल में भाग लेने वाले BSNLEU के सदस्यों की अगली वेतन वृद्धि की तिथि (डीएनआई) एक दिन के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई है। अब तक जिन कर्मचारियों की वेतन वृद्धि 1 मार्च, अप्रैल और मई को मिलनी है, उनकी वेतन वृद्धि एक दिन के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई है। यह डीएनआई संबंधी निर्णय का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को एक विस्तृत पत्र लिखकर उनसे अन्याय को दूर करने के लिए शीघ्र कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का अनुरोध किया है।

In Assam circle, the Date of Next Increment(DNI )of the members of BSNLEU, who participated in the 16th February strike, has been deferred by one day. So far, the employees whose increment is to be paid on 1st of March, April and May has been deferred by one day. This is a clear-cut violation of the Ruling on DNI. The CHQ of BSNLEU has written a detailed letter to the Director(HR) today, requesting him to ensure expeditious action for undoing the injustice.
