The BSNL Corporate Office, vide it’s letter dated 16th May, 2011, has stated that the retired employees, who shift to their place of settlement, can also change their claim office, for the purpose of availing the medical facility of the Company. Now, in it’s letter dated 22nd October, 2019, the Corporate Office has stated that the retired employees are entitled for the TA, for settling at their home town after retirement. The letter has further stated that even after shifting to their place of settlement, the retirees can retain the claim office at the place from where they retired.

According to this letter, he has taken over charge as the Director (HR) of BSNL from the A/N of 14.10.2019. BSNLEU heartily welcomes Shri Arvind Vadnerkar. We hope that, under his stewardship, the HR issues of BSNL will get due attention and solution.
View orderConsequent to the declaration of the results of the 8th Membership Verification, wherein BSNLEU has secured the highest votes (48,127 votes, 43.44 per cent), the Corporate Management has issued letter, granting the Main Recognised Representative Union status to BSNLEU. NFTE is granted Second Recognised Representative Unionstatus. BTEU BSNL and NUBSNLW (FNTO) are granted Trade Union facilities mentioned in the BSNLRNEU Rules, since both the unions have secured more than 2 per cent votes.

The Corporate Management has also issued notification today, for the formation of National, Circle and Local Councils, based on the votes secured by BSNLEU and NFTE in the 8th Membership Verification. As BSNLEU has already communicated through the CHQ website, BSNLEU is eligible to nominate 8 members to the Councils. NFTE is eligible to nominate 6 members to the Councils.
