As per the Consumer Price Index numbers released by the Labour Bureau, IDA is expected to increase by 1.1% w.e.f. 01.04.2023. The existing IDA is 201.2%. With 1.1% increase, the total IDA payable w.e.f. 01.04.2023 will be 202.3%.

It is distressing to note that, BSNL continues to lose it’s customers in a big way. In the year 2022, BSNL has lost 77 lakh customers.  As per the data released by the TRAI, BSNL has lost another 14,81,071 customers in January, 2023. As per the TRAI data, Reliance Jio has added 16,58,448 customers in January, 2023 and Airtel has added 12,81,822 customers. Vodafone Idea has lost 13,59,972 customers during this period.

There was considerable delay in the declaration of the results of the Special JTO LICE, held on 18.12.2022. This delay was due to the stay imposed on the declaration of the results and subsequently due to the complications arose in implementing the court order, regarding keeping aside 4% of the posts for the PWD candidates. BSNLEU continuously took up the issue with the Corporate Office. While congratulating all the successful candidates, BSNLEU also heartily thanks the BSNL Management for their efforts taken to overcome the problems in the declaration of the results.

10-04-2023 को शुरू होगा 6 सप्ताह का जेई इंडक्शन ट्रेनिंग- प्रशिक्षण के लिए एएलटीटीसी ने  आदेश जारी किया ।

BSNLEU प्रबंधन पर लगातार दबाव बना रहा है कि 18.12.2022 को आयोजित जेई एलआईसीई के सफल उम्मीदवारों को शीघ्र प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजा जाए। 20.03.2023 को BSNLEU ने अपनी वेबसाइट पर अपडेट करते हुए सूचित किया था कि जेई प्रशिक्षण 10.04.2023 को शुरू होगा। आज एएलटीटीसी ने छह सप्ताह के जेई प्रवेश प्रशिक्षण का आदेश जारी किया है, जो 10.04.2023 से 19.05.2023 तक चलेगा।  प्रशिक्षण RGMTTC चेन्नई, ZTTC पुणे, RTTC हैदराबाद, RTTC त्रिवेंद्रम और ZTTC मैसूर में आयोजित किया जाएगा। BSNLEU सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को हार्दिक बधाई देता है और उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना करता है।

CHQ is extremely shocked to receive the news that, Com. Amitava Chattopadhyay, Assistant Circle Secretary, West Bengal circle, passed away today due to massive heart attack. Com.Amitava, came to the office today morning and suffered a massive heart attack soon thereafter. He had acted as the Circle Secretary of West Bengal in most of the CEC meetings. In the death of Com.Amitav, BSNLEU has lost one of it’s militant leaders. The CHQ of BSNLEU dips it’s banner and pays respectful homage to Com.Amitava Chattopadhyay. CHQ also conveys it’s condolences to his wife, Com.Banani Chattopadhyay, former Joint Convenor of BSNLWWCC, other family members and to all our West Bengal comrades.

बेहद चौंकाने वाली खबर - साथी अमिताव चट्टोपाध्याय, असिस्टेंट सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, पश्चिम बंगाल सर्कल का निधन ।

यह खबर पाकर सीएचक्यू अत्यंत स्तब्ध है कि साथी अमिताव चट्टोपाध्याय, असिस्टेंट सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, पश्चिम बंगाल सर्कल का आज दिल का दौरा पड़ने से निधन हो गया। साथी अमिताव आज सुबह कार्यालय आए और उसके तुरंत बाद ही उन्हें दिल का भारी दौरा पड़ा ।  उन्होंने अधिकांश सीईसी बैठकों में पश्चिम बंगाल के सर्किल सचिव के रूप में कार्य किया था। साथी अमिताव के निधन से BSNLEU ने अपने एक जुझारू नेता को खो दिया है। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू अपना बैनर उतारकर साथी अमिताव चट्टोपाध्याय को सम्मानपूर्वक श्रद्धांजलि देता है । सीएचक्यू उनकी पत्नी साथी बनानी चट्टोपाध्याय, बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी के पूर्व संयुक्त संयोजक, परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों और पश्चिम बंगाल के हमारे सभी साथियों के प्रति अपनी संवेदना व्यक्त करता है ।

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणाम आज या शुक्रवार को घोषित होने की उम्मीद है ।

विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणाम कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा घोषित नहीं किए जा सके । भले ही न्यायालय द्वारा रोक हटा दी गई हो ।  यह न्यायालय के आदेश के अनुसार 4% पीडब्ल्यूडी आरक्षण का प्रावधान करने में उत्पन्न हुई जटिलताओं के कारण था। कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस इस बात पर विशेष रूप से ध्यान दे रहा था कि न्यायालय के आदेश के कार्यान्वयन के संबंध में लिया गया कोई भी निर्णय, नए अदालती मामलों का कारण नहीं बनना चाहिए। इस संबंध में BSNLEU लगातार घटनाक्रमों पर नजर रखे हुए है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने एक बार फिर सुश्री समिता लूथरा, महाप्रबंधक (Rectt. & Trng.) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की।  महासचिव को सूचित किया गया है कि कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने 4 प्रतिशत पीडब्ल्यूडी आरक्षण की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली है और फाइल स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया में है । इसलिए, परिणाम आज या शुक्रवार को घोषित होने की उम्मीद है। कल छुट्टी है । 

BSNLEU has continuously been pressing on the Management that, the successful candidates of the JE LICE, conducted on 18.12.2022, should be sent for training expeditiously. On 20.03.2023, BSNLEU updated on it’s website informing that, the JE training would start on 10.04.2023. Today, the ALTTC has issued order for the six week JE induction training, which would be held from 10.04.2023 to 19.05.2023. The training would be conducted in RGMTTC Chennai, ZTTC Pune, RTTC Hyderabad, RTTC Trivandrum and ZTTC Mysore.  BSNLEU heartily congratulates all the trainees and wish them a bright future.

The results of the special JTO LICE,  could not be declared by the Corporate Office, even after the stay was vacated by the Court. This was because of the complications that arose in making provision for 4% PWD reservation, as per the Court order. The Corporate Office was very particular that, any decision taken regarding implementation of the Court order, should not lead to fresh court cases. In this connection, BSNLEU has been continuously keeping in track with the developments. Again, Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, discussed the issue with Ms.Samita Luthra, GM(Rectt.&Tng.) today. It is informed to the General Secretary that, the Corporate Office has completed the process of making 4% PWD reservation and that, the file is in the process of getting approval. Hence, the results are expected be declared today or on Friday. Tomorrow is holiday.

पंजाब सर्किल में जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा न करना- महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) के साथ चर्चा की ।

वेकेंसी वर्ष -2014-15 के लिए पंजाब सर्कल के जेटीओ एलआईसीई के परिणामों की घोषणा न करने के संबंध में, BSNLEU इस मुद्दे को कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के साथ गंभीरता से उठा रहा है। जैसा कि पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है, मामला कल माननीय CAT, चंडीगढ़ में सुनवाई के लिए आ रहा है।  इस परिस्थिति में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज एक बार फिर श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की।  महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) से यह सुनिश्चित करने का अनुरोध किया कि जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा के लिए कल माननीय CAT की अनुमति प्राप्त की जाए। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने आज बीएसएनएल के अधिवक्ता के साथ इस मामले पर वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग करने के लिए सहमति व्यक्त की।
