यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के नेताओं ने पे रिविज़न/वेइज रिविज़न पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को ज्ञापन सौंपा। 

दिनांक 13.08.2024 को आयोजित सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार, पे रिविज़न/वेइज रिविज़न के मुद्दे पर एक ज्ञापन आज श्री रवि ए रॉबर्ट जेरार्ड, सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को प्रस्तुत किया गया। आज की बैठक में साथी पी अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, BSNLEU, साथी चंदेश्वर सिंह, महासचिव, एनएफटीई, साथी एम एस अदासुल, महासचिव, एसएनईए, साथी वीरभद्र राव, अध्यक्ष, एआईजीईटीओए, साथी एनडी राम, महासचिव, सेवा बीएसएनएल, साथी एल एन शुक्ला, अध्यक्ष, बीटीईयू बीएसएनएल, एनटीआर, साथीमनोज सिंह, महासचिव, एआईजीईटीओए, साथी रेवती प्रसाद, सहायक महासचिव, एटीएम बीएसएनएल और साथी सुमित सोनी, महासचिव, सीबीओडब्ल्यूए ने भाग लिया। नेताओं ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को बताया कि, बीएसएनएल बोर्ड द्वारा एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के पे रिविज़न की संस्तुति पहले ही कर दी गई है तथा उसे दूरसंचार विभाग के अनुमोदन के लिए भेज दिया गया है। मामला दूरसंचार विभाग के पास लंबित है तथा इस पर आगे कार्रवाई की आवश्यकता है। जहां तक ​​नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के वेइज रिविज़न का प्रश्न है, प्रबंधन द्वारा वेतन वार्ता समिति में प्रबंधन पक्ष तथा यूनियनों के बीच आपसी सहमति से पहले से तय वेतनमान से पीछे हटने के कारण गतिरोध उत्पन्न हो गया है। नेताओं ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से अनुरोध किया कि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के वेइज रिविज़न में उत्पन्न गतिरोध को दूर किया जाना चाहिए। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने ज्ञापन प्राप्त किया तथा आश्वासन दिया कि आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। 

As per the decision taken in the meeting of all unions and associations, held on 13.08.2024, a memorandum on the issue of Pay Revision / Wage Revision was presented to the Shri Ravi A Robert Jerard, CMD BSNL, today. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU, Com.Chandeshwar Singh, GS, NFTE, Com.M.S. Adasul, GS, SNEA, Com.Veerabadra Rao, President, AIGETOA, Com.N.D. Ram, GS, SEWA BSNL, Com.L.N. Shukla, President, BTEU BSNL, NTR, Com.Manoj Singh, GS, AIGETOA, Com.Rewati Prasad, AGS, ATM BSNL and Com.Sumit Soni, GS, CBOWA participated in today's meeting. The leaders told the CMD BSNL that, the Pay Revision of the Executives has already been recommended by the BSNL Board and sent for the approval of the DoT. The matter is lying pending with the DoT and it needs to be pursued further. As regards, the Wage Revision of the Non-Executives, a deadlock has arisen since the Management has gone back from the pay scales already finalised in the Wage Negotiating Committee, through mutual consensus between the Management Side and the Unions. The leaders requested the CMD BSNL that this deadlock created in the Wage Revision of the Non-Executives needs to be removed. The CMD BSNL received the memorandum and assured that needful action would be taken.   

Protesting against the horrifying gang rape and murder of a young doctor at R G Kar Medical College and Hospital at Kolkata and demanding appropriate action against criminals, the BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC) organised demonstrations throughout the country today. The call received excellent response. Powerful and emotional demonstrations are organised by employees in BSNL offices throughout the country today.

Com.Bijoy Deka,CS, Assam circle, has retired on superannuation on 31^st July, 2024. Yesterday, Com.Bijoy Deka,CS, Assam, was felicitated in the Extended Circle Executive Committee meeting held in Guwahati. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, participated in the meeting and praised Com.Bijoy Deka's  long years of unblemished service and sacrifices of to the Union. In this meeting, Com.Bijoy Deka donated Rs.5000/- to the CHQ. The CHQ heartily thanks Com.Bijoy Deka.

The NE-II circle union of BSNLEU is holding it’s impressive Circle Executive Committee meeting at Dimapur. The meeting started in the Union office at the CGM Office. The meeting started with the hoisting of Union Flag by Com.K. Saheb Singh, Circle President. All the comrades paid floral tributes at the martyr’s column. The Circle Executive Committee members as well as Branch Secretaries are participating. Com.K. Saheb Singh, Circle President is presiding over. Com.N. Ahmed, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the report on activities. The meeting is greeted by Com.M.B. Singh, former Circle Secretary and Patron. All the comrades participated in the deliberations. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, addressed the meeting and explained about the present status of the important issues of Wage Revision, launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G, New Promotion Policy and other issues of the Non-executives. He explained how the government is denying Wage Revision to the employees and how it has delayed the launching of 4G and 5G services by BSNL.  He called upon the employees to strengthen the Union.
