The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU has given the proposal to hold the next All India Conference of BSNLEU in Tamilnadu in July 2025. This decision is taken, keeping in view the rainy season that will be prevailing in the rest of the country in the month of July. The joint circle executive committee meeting of Tamilnadu and Chennai circle unions, which was held in Chennai yesterday, witnessed an unforeseen enthusiasm and support for holding the Conference in Tamilnadu. Many district secretaries and circle office bearers voluntarily came forward and announced sizeable  amounts as donation for holding the All India Conference. An amount of Rs.1,48,000 is collected in the Tamil Nadu circle executive committee meeting itself. Apart from this Com.M.Sridharasubramanian, circle secretary, Chennai circle, has donated Rs.25,000 for the All India Conference. With this, the total donations collected yesterday itself comes to Rs.1,73,000/. This is certainly an unprecedented enthusiasm. The last meeting of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision was to be held on 23-10-2024. However, it was unexpectedly postponed in the last minute, due to the death of a member of the Committee. The meeting was further delayed due to the illness of the Chairman of the Committee. Under these circumstances, BSNLEU has been taking consistent efforts to hold an early meeting of the Committee. Now, the Management has agreed to hold the meeting at 3:00 p.m. on 19-12-2024. All Committee members of BSNLEU are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्कल यूनियनों की सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठकें आज आयोजित की गई।

तमिलनाडु सर्कल और चेन्नई सर्कल यूनियनों की सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठकें आज चेन्नई में सीआईटीयू कार्यालय, गिंडी, चेन्नई में आयोजित की गई। सुबह दोनों सर्कल कार्यकारी समितियों का संयुक्त सत्र आयोजित किया गया। साथी पाशा, सर्कल अध्यक्ष, चेन्नई और साथी बाबू राधाकृष्णन, सर्कल अध्यक्ष, तमिलनाडु ने अध्यक्षता की। साथी एम श्रीधरसुब्रमण्यम, सर्कल सचिव, चेन्नई और साथी पी राजू, सर्कल सचिव, तमिलनाडु ने सभी साथियों का स्वागत किया और बैठक आयोजित करने के उद्देश्य के बारे में बताया। साथी एस चेलप्पा, सहायक महासचिव ने बैठक को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने तमिलनाडु में अगला अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन आयोजित करने के लिए सीएचक्यू का प्रस्ताव रखा, जिसे तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्कल यूनियनों द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से आयोजित किया जाएगा। इसके बाद साथी पी अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने संयुक्त सत्र को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने मजदूर वर्ग आंदोलन से संबंधित विभिन्न अंतरराष्ट्रीय और राष्ट्रीय विकास के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे, बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G सेवा शुरू करने और अखिल भारतीय यूनियन द्वारा निपटाए जा रहे अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मानव संसाधन मुद्दों के संबंध में हो रहे घटनाक्रमों के बारे में भी बताया। उन्होंने अखिल भारतीय केंद्र के प्रस्ताव के कार्यान्वयन के लिए संयुक्त सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक में BSNLEU का अगला अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन तमिलनाडु में आयोजित करने की अपील की। ​​इसके बाद, बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई दोनों सर्कल यूनियन संयुक्त रूप से अगला अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन आयोजित करेंगे। कोयंबटूर में सम्मेलन आयोजित करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। भोजन अवकाश के बाद, तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्कल की सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठकें अलग-अलग आयोजित की गई और एजेंडा मदों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया । साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, ने इन दोनों सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठकों को संबोधित किया और सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति के सदस्यों द्वारा उठाए गए महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों का जवाब दिया। 

The circle executive committee meetings of Tamil Nadu circle and Chennai circle unions are held at Chennai in the CITU Office, Guindy, Chennai, today. In the morning, the joint session of both the circle executive committees is held. Com.Pasha, Circle President, Chennai and Com.Babu Radhakrishnan, Circle President, Tamil Nadu, presided over. Com.M. Sridharasubramanian, Circle Secretary, Chennai and Com.P. Raju, Circle Secretary, Tamil Nadu, welcomed all the comrades and explained about the purpose of holding the meeting. Com.S. Chellappa, AGS, addressed the meeting. He placed the proposal of the CHQ to conduct the next All India Conference in Tamil Nadu, to be hosted jointly by the Tamil Nadu and Chennai circle unions. Thereafter, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the joint session. He explained about various international and national developments concerned with the working class movement. He also explained about the developments taking place regarding the wage revision issue, rolling out of 4G service by BSNL and other important HR issues being dealt with by the All India Union. He appealed to the joint circle executive committee meeting for the implementation of the proposal of the All India Centre, to conduct the next All India Conference of BSNLEU, in Tamil Nadu. Thereafter, the meeting unanimously decided that both Tamil Nadu and Chennai circle unions will jointly host the next All India Conference. It is also decided to conduct the conference at Coimbatore. After the lunch break, the circle executive committee meetings of Tamil Nadu and Chennai circles are held separately and deliberated on the agenda items. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed both these circle executive committee meetings and replied to the important issues raised by the circle executive committee members.
