As all comrades are aware, the 11th All India Conference of BSNLEU is being held at Coimbatore on 22nd & 23rd July, 2025. Tamil Nadu and Chennai circle unions are jointly hosting this All India Conference. A Reception Committee, with Com.P.R.Natarajan, Ex.MP, as the Chairman of the Reception Committee, has been formed. The Reception Committee is taking all out efforts to make the All India Conference a grand success. The 1st meeting of this Reception Committee is being held at Coimbatore on 23rd April, 2025. The meeting will review the preparations that are being done for successfully conducting the All India Conference.

रोहतक में हरियाणा का सफल सर्कल सम्मेलन आयोजित हुआ.

BSNLEU हरियाणा सर्कल की सर्कल यूनियन ने आज रोहतक में अपना 9वां सर्कल सम्मेलन सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित किया। इस सम्मेलन में हरियाणा सर्कल के सभी जिलों से बड़ी संख्या में प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। सर्कल अध्यक्ष साथी रामकुमार गुर्जर ने अध्यक्षता की। सर्कल सचिव साथी  एमएस कादियान ने सभी का स्वागत किया। महासचिव साथी पी अभिमन्यु ने सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन, 4G सेवा, बीएसएनएल में दूसरा वीआरएस, एनईपीपी में भेदभाव को दूर करना, परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन, दूसरे शनिवार की छुट्टी में भेदभाव को दूर करना और अन्य मुद्दों पर बात की। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों से क्यूबा रिलीफ फंड के लिए उदारतापूर्वक दान करने का अनुरोध किया। सम्मेलन को श्री कप्तान सिंह, जनरल मैनेजर (मानव संसाधन) सी.जी.एम. कार्यालय, साथी एम.एस. कादियान, सर्कल सचिव, साथी अश्विन कुमार संगठन सचिव (सी.एच.क्यू.), साथी कुलदीप सिंह, सी.एस., ए.आई.बी.डी.पी.ए., साथी  अरविंद पाल दहिया, एस.एन.ई.ए., साथी सतवीर सिंह (सी.आई.टी.यू.) तथा साथी  परवीन कुमार, संगठन सचिव (सी.एच.क्यू.) ने भी संबोधित किया। सर्कल सचिव द्वारा प्रस्तुत गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट तथा कोषाध्यक्ष द्वारा प्रस्तुत लेखापरीक्षित खातों पर विचार-विमर्श हुआ। पदाधिकारियों का चुनाव सर्वसम्मति से हुआ। 

The circle union of BSNLEU, Haryana circle, successfully organised it's 9th circle conference at Rohtak today. A good number of delegates from all the districts of Haryana circle, participated in this conference. Com.Ramkumar Gurjar, circle president, presided over.Com.M.S. Kadian, circle secretary welcomed everyone. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, delivered the inaugural address of the conference. He spoke on the issues of Wage Revision, 4G service, 2nd VRS in BSNL, removal of discrimination in NEPP, revision of Transport Allowance, removal of the discrimination in availing 2nd Saturday and other issues. He requested the employees to liberally donate for the Cuba Relief Fund. The conference is also addressed by Shri kaptan Singh, GM(HR ) CGM office, Com.M.S.Kadian, circle secretary, Com.Ashwin Kumar organising secretary(CHQ), Com.Kuldip Singh, CS, AIBDPA, Com.Arvind Pal Dahiya, SNEA, Com. Satveer Singh(CITU) and Com.Parveen Kumar, Organising Secretary(CHQ). Deliberations took place on the report on activities submitted by the circle secretary and the audited accounts, submitted by the treasurer. Election of office bearers took place unanimously.

The CHQ of BSNLEU has written letter to Ms.Anita Johri, PGM (SR) today, requesting to arrange a meeting with the Director (HR) for reviewing the action taken by the Management on issues regarding which the BSNLEU has already written letters. The following are the issues which will be reviewed in the meeting:-

1) Declaration of JTO LICE results held in Punjab circle.

2) Revision of Transport Allowance.

3) Reimbursement of the cost of mobile handsets to the Non-Executives.

4) Allowing 2nd Saturday as a "closed holiday" to the Non-Executives working at the field level.

5) Relaxation of the condition imposed on sports persons for availing "Daily 2 Hour- Off".

6) Posting of regular CGM in West Bengal Chennai and Jharkhand circles

7) Corrupt practices of Mansoor Alam Topo, DGM, Meerut.

BSNLEU ने पहले से उठाए गए मुद्दों की समीक्षा के लिए निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ बैठक की मांग की।

BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने आज सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) को पत्र लिखकर उन मुद्दों पर प्रबंधन द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई की समीक्षा के लिए निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ बैठक की व्यवस्था करने का अनुरोध किया है, जिनके बारे में BSNLEU ने पहले ही पत्र लिखा है। बैठक में निम्नलिखित मुद्दों की समीक्षा की जाएगी :

1. पंजाब सर्कल में आयोजित जेटीओ एलआईसीई परिणामों की घोषणा।

2. परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन।

3. नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल हैंडसेट की लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति।

4. फील्ड स्तर पर काम करने वाले नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को दूसरे शनिवार को "क्लॉस्ड हॉलिडे" के रूप में अनुमति देना।

5. खिलाड़ियों पर "दैनिक 2 घंटे की छुट्टी" का लाभ उठाने के लिए लगाई गई शर्त में छूट।

6. पश्चिम बंगाल चेन्नई और झारखंड सर्किल में नियमित चीफ जनरल मैनेजर  की पोस्टिंग.

7. मंसूर आलम टोपो, डीजीएम, मेरठ का भ्रष्ट आचरण।
