Accepting the call of the World Federation of Trade Union (WFTU), the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF gave call to protest demonstrations on 18.l0.2023, demanding to stop Israeli attacks on Palastine. अमेरिका ने इजरायल-हमास संघर्ष पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के प्रस्ताव पर वीटो किया।

The BSNL Management has imposed an indefinite ban on Compassionate Ground Appointments(CGA). BSNLEU is continuously raising this issue with the Management, demanding that the ban on CGA should be lifted / relaxed to give appointment to the families of the deceased employees, which are in extremely pathetic condition. BSNLEU is continuing with its efforts to at least relax the ban. Today once again, BSNLEU has written a letter to the CMD BSNL, demanding to lift / relax the ban on CGA, by enclosing a CGA case recommended by the CGM, AP circle. 

“This is part of the government of India’s efforts to build indigenous telecom technology and local manufacturing of telecom gear. TCS and its partners have integrated the EPC Core, RAN (Radio Access Network) and NMS (Network Management Software), and have started the roll-out of the network, which is expected to be completed in stages over the next 18 months,” said Krithivasan.
