BSNLEU is continuously taking up the problems being faced by the DR JEs, in applying for and getting transfer under Rule 8. In one such case, BSNLEU has written letter to the PGM(Estt.) BSNL CO. In this case, a DR JE applied for Rule 8 transfer to a Shortage circle. However, the circle has become a Surplus circle thereafter. Consequent to this, the DR JE is unable to get the transfer. BSNLEU has written letter suggesting that, the DR JE should be considered for Rule 8 transfer to some other Shortage Circle, by retaining the date and seniority of his earlier transfer application.
View letterFour ATTs of Telangana circle, who have got qualified in the recently conducted TT LICE, have been ordered to undergo TT induction training at ZTTC-Kalyani. Since it is a far away place from Telangana circle, all the four candidates have requested for change of training centre from ZTTC Kalyani to ZTTC Pune. BSNLEU has written letter to the GM(Rectt.) today, requesting to consider their request.

श्री विपिन सोनी, जेई, हरियाणा सर्कल को हाल ही में जेटीओ के रूप में पदोन्नत किया गया है और चेन्नई सर्कल में तैनात किया गया है। यह कर्मचारी स्वास्थ्य और घरेलू समस्याओं के कारण जेटीओ से जेई कैडर में वापसी और हरियाणा सर्कल के रेवाड़ी बीए में वापस पोस्टिंग की मांग कर रहा है। BSNLEU ने निदेशक ( मानव संसाधन ) को पत्र लिखकर मामले के समाधान की मांग की है।
Shri Vipin Soni, JE, Haryana circle, has recently been promoted as JTO and is posted in Chennai circle. The official is seeking reversion from JTO to JE cadre and also posting back in Rewari BA of Haryana Circle, on account of health and domestic problems. BSNLEU has written letter to the Director HR, seeking settlement of the issue.
