बीएसएनएल के एएलटीटीसी को जयपुर में स्थानांतरित किया जा रहा है।

BSNLEU, एएलटीटीसी, गाजियाबाद के सर्किल यूनियन ने सीएचक्यू को शिकायत की है कि प्रशासन सर्किल यूनियन पर कार्यालय आवास खाली करने का दबाव बना रहा है। इस मुद्दे पर कल साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) और श्री परमेश्वरी दयाल, चीफ जनरल मैनेजर (बीडब्ल्यू) के साथ चर्चा की। इन चर्चाओं में अधिकारियों ने बताया कि एएलटीटीसी की पूरी भूमि और भवन दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा अपने कब्जे में ले लिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा दूरसंचार विभाग ने बीएसएनएल को पूरा एएलटीटीसी परिसर खाली करने का निर्देश दिया है। यह भी बताया गया कि बीएसएनएल के एएलटीटीसी को अब जयपुर में स्थानांतरित किया जाएगा, जहां बीएसएनएल के पास प्रशिक्षण के लिए विशाल बुनियादी ढांचा है। जब पूरा एएलटीटीसी जयपुर में स्थानांतरित किया जा रहा है तो गाजियाबाद में सर्किल यूनियन कार्यालय आवास जारी रखने का सवाल ही नहीं उठता।

सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों ने हाल के दिनों में सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से 2/3 बार मुलाकात की है और एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के पे रिवीज़न और नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के वेइज रिवीज़न के शीघ्र निपटारे की मांग की है। 20.08.2024 को भी सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों ने इस मुद्दे पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को एक ज्ञापन सौंपा है। यह सभी को पता है कि सीएमडी बीएसएनएल बीएसएनएल के 4G के शुभारंभ में पूरी तरह से व्यस्त हैं। इन परिस्थितियों में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, BSNLEU ने कल डॉ कल्याण सागर निप्पानी, निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से मुलाकात की और उन्हें सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों की चर्चा से अवगत कराया। महासचिव ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को बताया कि वेतन वार्ता में गतिरोध केवल इसलिए उत्पन्न हुआ है क्योंकि प्रबंधन पक्ष ने 27.07.2018 को आयोजित बैठक में नए वेतनमानों पर कर्मचारी पक्ष के साथ किए गए समझौते से पीछे हट गया। उन्होंने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को बताया कि यूनियनें प्रबंधन द्वारा पेश किए जा रहे कम वेतनमानों को स्वीकार नहीं कर सकती हैं, क्योंकि इससे एक बार फिर स्थगन की समस्या पैदा हो जाएगी। महासचिव ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से 27.07.2018 को पहले से तय नए वेतनमानों के आधार पर वेतन वार्ता को जल्द से जल्द फिर से शुरू करने के लिए पहल करने की अपील की। ​​

All unions and associations have met the CMD BSNL 2 / 3 times in the recent past and have demanded an early settlement of Pay Revision of the Executives and Wage Revision of the Non-Executives. On 20.08.2024 also, all unions and associations have submitted a memorandum to the CMD BSNL on this issue. It is known to everyone that the CMD BSNL is completely preoccupied with the launching of BSNL’s 4G. Under these circumstances, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU, met Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR), yesterday and briefed him on the discussions that all unions and associations had with the CMD BSNL. The GS told the Director (HR) that, a deadlock in the Wage Negotiations has arisen only because the Management Side backed out from the agreement reached with the Staff Side on the new pay scales in the meeting held on 27.07.2018. He told the Director (HR) that, the Unions cannot accept the shorter pay scales being offered by the Management, since it will once again lead to the problem of stagnation. The GS appealed to the Director (HR) to take initiative for the early resumption of the Wage Negotiation based on the new pay scales already finalised on 27.07.2018.

As is already announced, the Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU will be held at Kolkata on 25^th & 26^th September, 2024. In this connection, the CHQ had written to the PGM(SR), requesting to issue instruction to all the CGMs, for the sanctioning of Special Casual Leave to the CHQ office bearers and the circle secretaries, to enable them to attend the CEC meeting. In response to this, the SR Branch of the Corporate Office has issued instruction yesterday to all the CGMs for the sanctioning of Special Casual Leave to the CEC members.

The Circle Union of BSNLEU, ALTTC, Ghaziabad has complained to the CHQ that, the Administration is pressurising the circle union to vacate the office accommodation. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and Shri Parmeshwari Dayal, CGM(BW), yesterday. In these discussions, the officers informed that, the entire ALTTC land and buildings have been taken over by the DoT. Further, BSNL has been directed by the DoT to vacate the entire ALTTC campus. It is also informed that, the ALTTC of BSNL will be shifted now and relocated in Jaipur, where BSNL is having a vast infrastructure for training. When the entire ALTTC is being shifted to Jaipur, the question of continuation of circle union office accommodation in Ghaziabad does not arise.
