While India is celebrating the success of the Chandrayaan-3 mission, BSNL and it’s employees have reason to feel more happy. Because, it is BSNL which has provided the connectivity for the ISRO in this mission and not Jio or Airtel. Chandrayan-3 is a strategically important mission. And ISRO rightly gave the responsibility of providing connectivity to the government sector BSNL and not to any private company. BSNL has successfully done the job. Hearty congrats to all the BSNL officials who gave dedicated service to the Chandrayaan-3 mission.

India’s Chandrayaan-3 mission has become a great success. The Lander Module of the Chandrayaan-3 successfully landed on the South Pole of the Moon at 06:03 pm yesterday. India has become the 4^th country in the world, after the US, Russia and China, in successfully making a spacecraft to land on the moon. In 2008, ISRO’s Chandrayaan-1 mission successfully sent the spacecraft which orbited the Moon at a height of 100 KMs. The Chandrayaan-2 was sent into the space in 2019. However, it became a failure since the Lander Module crashed onto the moon. Thus, the success achieved yesterday is the result of the continuous efforts made by the ISRO scientists since 2008. BSNLEU heartily congratulates the scientists of ISRO who have made this marvellous achievement.

ओणम के मद्देनजर केरल सर्कल में वेतन वितरण की तारीख आगे बढ़ाना - महासचिव ने निदेशक (वित्त) और प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (सीबीबी) से बात की।

अगस्त महीने में ओणम त्योहार के मद्देनजर वित्त मंत्रालय के व्यय विभाग ने पहले ही केरल सर्कल में वेतन वितरण की तारीख को आगे बढ़ाकर 25.08.2023 करने के लिए पत्र जारी कर दिया है। इस मुद्दे पर BSNLEU ने 16.08.2023 को ही सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा है। आज, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने श्री राजीव कुमार, निदेशक (वित्त) और श्री पी.सी. भट्ट, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (सीबीबी) से मुलाकात की और केरल सर्कल में काम करने वाले बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के लिए 25.08.2023 को वेतन के वितरण पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने इस मुद्दे पर विचार करने का आश्वासन दिया है।  

The 39^th meeting of the National Council was held on 07.08.2023. However, so far, the minutes of the meeting are not issued by the Management. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and  insisted for the early finalisation of the minutes, so that action is taken by the various Branches of the Corporate Office, regarding implementation of the decisions taken in the  National Council meeting.
