The BSNL Casual Contract Workers Federation has given call to organise National Demands Day on 20.07.2023 on the following demands. 

1. Stop retrenchment of contract workers in BSNL.
2. Proper utilisation of casual and contract workers for better service in BSNL.
3. Ensure government rules for payment of wages and benefits to the casual and contract workers in cluster based outsourcing system in BSNL.
4. Implementation of 7th CPC pay scale and regularisation of casual labour.

Demonstrations should be organised in all places and memorandum should be submitted to the administration, insisting settlement of the demands. All circle and district unions of BSNLEU are directed to successfully observe this programme. 

डीओटी द्वारा भर्ती किए गए और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे गए, लेकिन 01.10.2000 के बाद नियुक्त किए गए कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करना - बीएसएनएल ने BSNLEU और अन्य यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के पत्र को डीओटी को संदर्भित किया है।

BSNLEU लगातार मांग कर रहा है कि, जिन कर्मचारियों को दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा भर्ती किया गया और प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजा गया, लेकिन 01.10.2000 के बाद बीएसएनएल द्वारा नियुक्त किया गया, उन्हें  प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी किया जाना चाहिए और उन्हें सरकारी पेंशन के लिए पात्र बनाया जाना चाहिए। CAT और हाई कोर्ट की कई बेंच प्रभावित कर्मचारियों के पक्ष में फैसला दे चुकी हैं। लेकिन, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने उन फैसलों के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक एसएलपी दायर की है । निस्संदेह, दूरसंचार विभाग के निर्देश पर ही बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एसएलपी दायर की है। BSNLEU लगातार दूरसंचार सचिव, सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिख रहा है। अन्य यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों ने भी इस मुद्दे को उठाया है। अब, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने डीओटी को एक पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें BSNLEU और अन्य यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों द्वारा लिखे गए पत्रों का जिक्र किया गया है और डीओटी से इस मामले को देखने का अनुरोध किया गया है।

संयुक्त वेतन वार्ता समिति में गतिरोध दूर करें - BSNLEU ने नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक में मुद्दा उठाया ।

नोन एक्जीक्यूटिव्स के वेतनमान के मामले में संयुक्त वेतन वार्ता समिति में प्रबंधन द्वारा गतिरोध पैदा कर दिया गया है । इस गतिरोध के कारण नोन एक्जीक्यूटिव्स के वेतन पुनरीक्षण के मामले में कोई प्रगति नहीं हो पा रही है । BSNLEU ने आगामी नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा के लिए उठाया है। यह मुद्दा हमारे साथियों की जानकारी के लिए इसके साथ संलग्न है।

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, the employees recruited and sent for training by the DoT, but were appointed by BSNL after 01.10.2000, should be issued with Presidential Orders and should be made eligible for government pension. Many Benches of the CAT and High Court have given judgement in favour of the affected employees. However, the BSNL Management filed an SLP in the Supreme Court, against those judgements. Undoubtedly, BSNL Management has filed SLP in the Supreme Court only as per the direction of the DoT. BSNLEU is continuously writing letters to the Secretary, Telecom, CMD BSNL and the Director (HR). Other Unions and Associations have also taken up this issue. Now, the BSNL Management has written a letter to the DoT, referring to the letters written by BSNLEU and other Unions and Associations and requesting the DoT to look into the matter.  

In the matter of pay scales of the Non- Executives, a deadlock has been created by the Management in the Joint Wage Negotiating Committee. Due to this deadlock, no progress is being made in the matter of Wage Revision of the Non- Executives. BSNLEU has taken up this item for discussion in the forthcoming National Council meeting.
