As per the decision of the Bhopal CEC meeting, a Trade Union Class for the young employees of the Hindi speaking circles was organised to be held on 09^th & 10^th September, 2023. However, due to the restrictions put in place by the Government in connection with the G20 summit, that Trade Union Class was postponed. The All India Centre meeting held today has decided to hold this Trade Union Class on 07^th & 08^thDecember, 2023 at New Delhi. All the Circle Secretaries of the Hindi speaking circles are requested to take the necessary steps for sending the comrades to this class. 

Com.Sisir Roy, Assistant General Secretary, as well as Circle President, Kolkata Telephones circle, has retired on superannuation on 30.09.2023. He entered the service on 04.04.1985 in the Department of Telecommunications. Soon he became active in the Trade Union movement. He was elected as the Assistant Circle Secretary of AITEU Class-III in 1996 and became the Circle Secretary of BSNLEU in 2001. Subsequently, he was elected as the Organising Secretary of the CHQ. Presently he is the AGS of the Union. Com.Sisir Roy is also active in the Central Government Employees Coordination Committee and in the BSNL Coordination Committee, Kolkata circle. CHQ wishes a happy and peaceful retired life to Com.Sisir Roy.

सिविल/इलेक्ट्रिकल/टेलीकॉम विंग के ड्राफ्ट्समैन के लिए एक विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई का आयोजन - महासचिव ने प्रिन्सिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) के साथ चर्चा की।

नेशनल काउंसिल की 26वीं बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार BSNLEU सिविल/इलेक्ट्रिकल/टेलीकॉम विंग के ड्राफ्ट्समैन के लिए विशेष जेटीओ एलआईसीई आयोजित करने के लिए प्रबंधन पर लगातार दबाव बना रहा है। इसे जारी रखते हुए, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने श्री एस.पी. सिंह, प्रिन्सिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) से मुलाकात की, जिन्होंने हाल ही में प्रिन्सिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) का पदभार संभाला है और इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। प्रिन्सिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया।

As per the decision taken in the 26^th meeting of the National Council, BSNLEU is continuously pressing on the Management, for holding a Special JTO LICE for the draftsman of the Civil / Electrical / Telecom wings. In continuation of this, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.), who has recently taken over as the PGM(Estt.) and discussed the issue. The PGM(Estt.) assured to take the needful action.
