सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों की ऑनलाइन बैठक में दूसरे वीआरएस का कड़ा विरोध किया गया।

दिनांक 14-09-2024 को सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों की एक ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित की गई। इसमें BSNLEU, एनएफटीई, एसएनईए, एआईजीईटीओए और एसईडब्ल्यूए बीएसएनएल समेत सभी प्रमुख यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों ने भाग लिया। बैठक में एक और वीआरएस का कड़ा विरोध व्यक्त किया गया, जिसे बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन और दूरसंचार विभाग लागू करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। बैठक में इस बात पर ध्यान दिया गया कि 2019 में 80,000 कर्मचारियों ने वीआरएस लिया है और उसके बाद बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने "मानव संसाधन के पुनर्गठन" के नाम पर दो लाख तिरानबे हजार नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव और एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव पदों (सटीक तौर पर 2,93,524 पद) को समाप्त कर दिया है। इससे मौजूदा कर्मचारियों पर काम का अत्यधिक बोझ बढ़ गया है। इसके अलावा, खराब और अपर्याप्त रखरखाव के कारण बीएसएनएल के लैंडलाइन और ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन खत्म हो गए हैं। एफटीटीएच सेवा, जो कुछ साल पहले तक बीएसएनएल का गौरव थी, बड़े पैमाने पर कनेक्शन सरेंडर करने का सामना कर रही है। इन परिस्थितियों में, बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि एक और वीआरएस बीएसएनएल के लिए विनाशकारी होगा। बैठक में प्रस्तावित दूसरे वीआरएस का कड़ा विरोध करने का निर्णय लिया गया। बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को एक ज्ञापन सौंपने और इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा करने के लिए उनके साथ बैठक करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। दूसरे, बैठक में अधिकारियों के लिए उनके दैनिक प्रदर्शन के बारे में ऐप आधारित "डायरी लेखन" को लागू करने के प्रबंधन के फैसले का भी कड़ा विरोध करने का निर्णय लिया गया। यदि कोई अधिकारी "एक दिन के लिए डायरी लिखने में विफल रहता है, तो वह अगले दिन की उपस्थिति दर्ज करने के लिए अयोग्य हो जाएगा, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप उसका वेतन काट लिया जाएगा। इस मुद्दे पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ भी चर्चा करने का निर्णय लिया गया। 

A meeting of all unions and associations was held online on 14-09-2024. All the major unions and associations, including BSNLEU, NFTE, SNEA, AIGETOA and SEWA BSNL, participated. The meeting expressed it's strong opposition to one more VRS, which the BSNL Management and the DoT are trying to implement. The meeting took note that, 80,000 employees have taken VRS in 2019 and thereafter, BSNL Management has abolished two lakh ninety three thousand Non-Executive and Executive posts (2,93,524 posts to be exact ) in the name of "Restructuring of Manpower". This has imposed immense work load on the existing employees. Further, BSNL's Landline and Broadband connections are wiped out due to poor and inadequate maintenance. FTTH service, which was BSNL's pride till a few years back, is facing massive surrendering of connections. Under these circumstances, the meeting decided that, one more VRS will be disastrous for BSNL. The meeting decided to strongly oppose the proposed 2nd VRS. The meeting also decided to submit a memorandum to the CMD BSNL on this issue and to seek a meeting with him, to discuss the issue. Secondly, the meeting also decided to firmly oppose the decision of the Management to implement an App based "Diary Writing" for the Executives, about their daily performance. If an Executive fails to "write diary for a day, he will become ineligible to mark attendance for the following day, which will result in pay cut. It is decided to discuss this issue also with the CMD BSNL.

BSNLEU की सीईसी बैठक के लिए आवास व्यवस्था - सीईसी सदस्य कृपया ध्यान दें।

जैसा कि पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक 25 और 26 सितंबर, 2024 को आयोजित की जा रही है। स्वागत समिति ने सूचित किया है कि, सीईसी सदस्यों के लिए आवास की व्यवस्था *24.09.2024 को सुबह 10:00 बजे से 26.09.2024 को सुबह 10:00 बजे तक* की गई है। आवास की व्यवस्था सीईसी बैठक स्थल पर ही की गई है। सभी सीईसी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने आगमन और प्रस्थान के विवरण तुरंत स्वागत समिति को सूचित करें। स्वागत समिति के संपर्क सूत्र  निम्नलिखित हैं :

It is already informed that, a meeting of the BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC) will be held at Kolkata on 24.09.2024. In this connection, the CHQ requests the Circle Secretaries to kindly ensure the participation of the members of BSNLWWCC from their respective circles. The circle secretaries are requested to make the arrangements for the BSNLWWCC members to attend the meeting, including booking of journey tickets, etc. The concerned circle secretaries are requested to give intimation to the CHQ regarding the participation of the BSNLWWCC members from their circles, within 2 / 3 days.
