वेतन संशोधन के लिए संयुक्त समिति की बैठक आयोजित करने में अत्यधिक देरी – BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को एक और पत्र लिखकर हस्तक्षेप करने का अनुरोध किया।

वेतन संशोधन समिति की पिछली बैठक आयोजित हुए दो महीने होने जा रहे हैं। 19.12.2024 को आयोजित पिछली बैठक में लिए गए निर्णयों को BSNLEU द्वारा पहले ही लागू किया जा चुका है। BSNLEU द्वारा प्रबंधन को दो पत्र पहले ही लिखे जा चुके हैं, जिसमें वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया गया है। दिनांक 06.01.2025 को निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को एक पत्र लिखा गया था। दिनांक 22.01.2025 को अगला पत्र प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) को लिखा गया था। फिर भी, बैठक के लिए कोई तारीख तय नहीं की गई है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज एक बार फिर निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर उनके हस्तक्षेप का अनुरोध किया है, ताकि वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक जल्द से जल्द हो सके।

It is going to be two months since the last meeting of the Wage Revision Committee is held. The decisions taken in the last meeting, held on 19.12.2024, are already implemented by BSNLEU. Two letters are already written to the Management by BSNLEU, requesting to hold the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee. One letter dated 06.01.2025 was written to the Director (HR). The next letter dated 22.01.2025 was written to the PGM(SR). Still, no date has been fixed for the meeting.  Hence, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the Director (HR) today, requesting for his kind intervention, so that the meeting of the Wage Revision Committee is held at the earliest.

वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक बिना किसी देरी के आयोजित की जाए – बीएसएनएलईयू ने पीजीएम (एसआर) से कहा।

वेतन संशोधन के लिए संयुक्त समिति की पिछली बैठक 19.12.2024 को हुई थी। उस बैठक के निर्णय के आधार पर, बीएसएनएलईयू ने पहले ही ठहराव के 90 मामले प्रस्तुत किए हैं। इन सूचनाओं के अनुसार, वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक में गैर-कार्यकारियों के वेतनमान को अंतिम रूप दिया जाना है। कल, कॉमरेड अनिमेष मित्रा, अध्यक्ष और कॉमरेड पी. अभिमन्यु, जीएस, ने सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, पीजीएम (एसआर) से मुलाकात की और वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक आयोजित करने पर अपनी नाखुशी व्यक्त की। बीएसएनएलईयू नेताओं ने पीजीएम (एसआर) पर जोर दिया कि वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक बिना किसी देरी के आयोजित की जानी चाहिए। पीजीएम (एसआर) ने आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया। 

The last meeting of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision was held on 19.12.2024. Based on the decision of that meeting, BSNLEU has already submitted 90 live cases of stagnation. In accordance with these inputs, the Wage Revision Committee meeting has to finalise the pay scales of the Non-Executives. Yesterday, Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and expressed their unhappiness in holding the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee. The BSNLEU leaders insisted upon the PGM(SR) that the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee should be held without delay. The PGM(SR) assured to take necessary action.

It is already 2 ½ years since the last Membership Verification is conducted. However, still the circle council has not been reconstituted in Uttarakhand circle. BSNLEU has already submitted it’s nominees long back, whereas NFTE BSNL has not submitted it’s nominees. The CGM, Uttarakhand, has written to the Corporate Office, seeking guideline to solve this problem. BSNLEU has written letter to the PGM(SR) today, stating that the reconstitution of the council should not be delayed due to the non-submission of nominees by any one of the two Recognised trade unions. Further, BSNLEU has also requested the PGM(SR) to give direction to the CGM, Uttarakhand for immediately reconstituting the circle council and also to grant Formal Meeting to BSNLEU.
