वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक 10 मार्च, 2025 को होगी।

जैसा कि पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है, वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक 10.03.2025 को होगी। बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने आज इसके लिए अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। अधिसूचना की एक प्रति संलग्न है।

As has been already intimated, the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee will be held on 10.03.2025. The BSNL Management has issued notification for the same today. A copy of the notification is enclosed.

In response to the draft BSNL Transfer Policy issued by the Management, BSNLEU has sent it’s response. BSNLEU has also pointed out the importance of hearing views of BSNLEU in person. The BSNL Management has invited BSNLEU to present it’s views on 03.03.2025. Copy of the notification for the meeting is enclosed. 

March 8th is International Women’s Day. The CHQ of BSNLEU calls upon all the district unions to organise special meetings to observe this years’ International Women’s Day. This is not the day which is to be observed by organising Rangoli and other cultural programmes. But, this is the day on which the sufferings of toiling women are to be highlighted. In most cases, women workers are paid poor / unequal wages. Sexual crimes against women are increasing day by day. The working class movement has the duty to highlight the sufferings of women and to mobilise them to fight against the injustices. With these understandings, our district unions should organise International Women’s Day. CHQ will be sending a small note shortly to the circle and district unions which should be explained in the special meetings.

8 मार्च, 2025 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस मनाएं।

8 मार्च अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस है। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू सभी जिला यूनियनों से इस वर्ष अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस मनाने के लिए विशेष बैठकें आयोजित करने का आह्वान करता है। यह ऐसा दिन नहीं है जिसे केवल रंगोली और अन्य सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन से मनाया जाए, बल्कि, यह वह दिन है जिस पर मेहनतकश महिलाओं की पीड़ा को उजागर किया जाना चाहिए। अधिकांश मामलों में, महिला श्रमिकों को खराब/असमान वेतन दिया जाता है। महिलाओं के खिलाफ यौन अपराध दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ रहे हैं। मजदूर वर्ग के आंदोलन की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह महिलाओं की पीड़ा को उजागर करे और शोषण और अन्याय के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए उन्हें संगठित करे। इस समझ के साथ, हमारे जिला यूनियनों को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस का आयोजन करना चाहिए। सीएचक्यू जल्द ही सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों को एक छोटा नोट भेजेगा, जिसे विशेष बैठकों में समझाया जाना चाहिए।
