The DPE has issued order for IDA increase w.e.f 01-10-2023. As already informed by BSNLEU, the new IDA rate payable w.e.f 01-10-2023 is 215.6%.

तेलंगाना सर्कल की विस्तारित सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक, साथ ही बीएसएनएल के पुनरुद्धार पर सेमिनार, आज हैदराबाद में हो रहा है। बैठक की शुरुआत साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव द्वारा BSNLEU ध्वज फहराने के साथ हुई। तेलंगाना सर्कल के सभी जिलों से अच्छी संख्या में साथी भाग ले रहे हैं। साथी तिरुमुलाचार्यलु, साथी जे.संपतराव की अनुपस्थिति में बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे हैं, जो अपनी पत्नी की बीमारी के कारण बैठक में शामिल नहीं हो सके। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। महासचिव ने अपने भाषण में वेतन संशोधन के मुद्दे पर संयुक्त मंच के निर्णयों, बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G/5G सेवा शुरू करने की वर्तमान स्थिति और पेंशन संशोधन पर प्रिण्सिपल बेंच, CAT के हालिया फैसले के बारे में बताया। महासचिव ने बीएसएनएल विरोधी और निजी समर्थक नीतियों के लिए सरकार की कड़ी आलोचना की, जो बीएसएनएल को बर्बाद कर रही हैं। उन्होंने तेलंगाना के कर्मचारियों से वेतन संशोधन, 4G/5G की शुरूआत और नई पदोन्नति नीति को प्राप्त करने के लिए संयुक्त मंच के आह्वान को बड़े पैमाने पर आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया। मंडल सचिव साथी जी. संबाशिवराव ने गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। बैठक को साथी रामचंद्रडु, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, एआईबीडीपीए, साथी परिपूर्णाचारी, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, बीएसएनएल सीसीडब्ल्यूएफ, साथी पद्मावती, बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी और एआईबीडीपीए के सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारी साथी शंकर ने भी संबोधित किया। सर्कल सचिव द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट पर सर्कल कार्यकारिणी समिति के सदस्यों द्वारा विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श किया जा रहा है।

बेंच मार्क विकलांगता (पीडब्ल्यूबीडी) वाले व्यक्तियों को पदोन्नति में आरक्षण।

बेंच मार्क विकलांगता (पीडब्ल्यूबीडी) वाले व्यक्तियों को पदोन्नति में आरक्षण के मामले में डीओपीएंडटी द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने पीडब्ल्यूबीडी कर्मचारियों को वरिष्ठता आधारित पदोन्नति के लिए दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पत्र में कहा गया है कि, पीडबल्यूबीडी कर्मचारियों की एपीएआर ग्रेडिंग में बेंच मार्क में छूट एससी/एसटी कर्मचारियों के समान ही होगी।

In accordance with the guidelines issued by the DoP&T, in the matter of reservation in promotion to Persons with Bench Mark Disabilities (PwBDs), the BSNL Corporate Office has issued guidelines for seniority based promotions to PwBD employees. The Corporate Office letter states that, relaxation in Bench Mark in APAR gradings of PwBD employees will be same as applicable to SC/ST employees.

The Extended Circle Executive Committee meeting of Telangana circle, as well as the seminar on the revival of BSNL, is taking place at Hyderabad today. The meeting got kick-started with the hoisting of BSNLEU flag by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS. A good number of comrades are participating from all the districts of Telangana circle. Com.Tirumulacharyalu, is presiding over the meeting, in the absence of Com.J.Sampathrao, who could not attend due to his wife’s illness. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, delivered the inaugural address. In his speech, the General Secretary explained about the decisions of the Joint Forum on the issue of Wage Revision, current status of launching 4G / 5G service by BSNL and also the recent judgement of the PB CAT on pension revision. The General Secretary severely criticised the Government for it’s anti-BSNL and pro-private policies, which are ruining BSNL. He called upon the employees of Telangana to massively organise the calls of the Joint Forum for achieving Wage Revision, launching of 4G / 5G and New Promotion Policy. Com.G. Sambasivarao, Circle Secretary, presented the report on activities. The meeting is also addressed by Com.Ramachandradu, CS, AIBDPA, Com.Paripurnachari, CS, BSNL CCWF, Com.Padmavati, BSNLWWCC and Com.Shankar, CHQ office bearer of AIBDPA. Detailed deliberations are taking place by the Circle Executive Committee members on the report presented by the Circle Secretary.
