The meeting of the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF was held online yesterday. The Presidents and General Secretaries of the 3 organisations participated in the meeting.The meeting expressed it’s serious concern about the inordinate delay in the launching of BSNL’s 4G, as a result of which tens of lakhs of customers have started leaving BSNL every month. The meeting also expressed concern over the non-settlement of Wage Revision and Pension Revision issues. After in-depth discussions, the Coordination Committee decided to organise the following programmes demanding immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G, settlement of Wage Revision and Pension Revision issues, stopping attacks on the Public Sector and also settlement of issues of the contract workers. All the circle and district unions are requested to effectively implement the following call of the Coordination Committee:-

Programmes of action.

(1)  Gate meetings on 19-01-2024.

(2)  State level conventions on 30-01-2024.

(3)  BA level conventions from 06-02-2024 to 10-02-2024.

(4)  Street Corner meetings and distribution of hand bills from 20-02-2024 to 24-02-2024.

उच्च पेंशन का दावा करने के लिए ज्वाइंट ऑप्शन - समय सीमा 31-05-2024 तक बढ़ाई गई.

कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (ईपीएफओ) ने उच्च पेंशन का दावा करने के लिए ज्वाइंट ऑप्शन चुनने की समय सीमा 31 मई, 2024 तक बढ़ा दी है. 4 नवंबर, 2022 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा मामले पर फैसला सुनाए जाने के बाद ज्वाइंट ऑप्शन जमा करने की समय सीमा का यह 5वां विस्तार है। 

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has extended the time limit upto 31st May, 2024, for exercising joint options for claiming higher pension. This is the 5th extension of time limit for submitting joint options, after the Supreme Court delivered verdict on the matter on November 4, 2022. 

महिला सरकारी कर्मचारी और पेंशनर अब अपने बच्चों को पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त करने के लिए नामांकित कर सकते हैं।

महिला सरकारी कर्मचारी और पेंशनर अब अपने पति के बजाय अपने बच्चों को पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त करने के लिए नामांकित कर सकती हैं। हालाँकि, ऐसा केवल कुछ परिस्थितियों में ही किया जा सकता है। केंद्र सरकार ने इस आशय के लिए सीसीएस पेंशन नियमों को संशोधित किया है। तदनुसार, ऐसा नामांकन महिला कर्मचारियों द्वारा तभी दिया जा सकता है जब उनकी मृत्यु के समय उनके पति के खिलाफ तलाक, घरेलू हिंसा या दहेज की मांग के संबंध में मामला लंबित हो। 

बीएसएनएल के मोबाइल ग्राहकों को ई-सिम का प्रावधान - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा।

सभी निजी दूरसंचार सेवादाता, जैसे एयरटेल, जियो और वोडाफोन अपने मोबाइल ग्राहकों को ई-सिम प्रदान कर रहे हैं। वहीं, बीएसएनएल ने अभी तक अपने ग्राहकों के लिए ई-सिम प्रदान करने की व्यवस्था शुरू नहीं की है। बीएसएनएल के हाई-एंड ग्राहक ग्राहक सेवा केंद्रों पर आ रहे हैं और ई-सिम की मांग कर रहे हैं। हालाँकि, ग्राहक सेवा केंद्रों में हमारे कर्मचारी असहाय स्थिति में हैं। इसलिए यह ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं। इसे देखते हुए BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर अपने ग्राहकों को ई-सिम उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की है।
