The Government has abolished all the existing 29 Labour Laws and has brought 4 New Labour Codes. All the hard won rights of the working class are taken away. The new 4 Labour Codes are in favour of the corporates and the employers. The All India Centre of BSNLEU has decided to educate our leaders at the All India, Circle and District levels about various aspects of the 4 New Labour Codes. In accordance with this, online classes will be held in English and in Hindi by the CHQ. The details of the class are as follows:-

The English online class will be held at 07:00 pm on 25.01.2024.

The Hindi online class will be held at 07:00 pm on 26.01.2024.

All the Central, Circle and District office bearers should compulsorily attend the class. Interested members of BSNLEU can also attend. The link for these classes will be sent through WhatsApp.

BSNLEU is organising strike on 16.02.2024, demanding settlement of the important issues including Wage Revision, immediate launching of 4G & 5G, implementation of New Promotion Policy, reviewing of the Restructuring of Manpower and other issues. BSNLEU is printing posters which will be despatched to the circles shortly.  Non-Hindi speaking circles may print this poster in the regional languages also. 

The Co-ordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF is organising Gate Meetings throughout the country today, highlighting the non-settlement of Wage Revision, Pension Revision, extreme delay in the launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G and other issues.  Circle and District unions are requested to organise the programme successfully and to send reports and photos of the programme.

बीएसएनएलईयू, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने कल गेट मीटिंग आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिसमें वेतन संशोधन, पेंशन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल के 4जी और 5जी को तत्काल शुरू करने, कॉंट्रैक्ट कर्मचारियों के मुद्दों आदि की मांग की जाएगी। अधिकतम सेवारत कर्मचारी, पेंशनभोगी और कॉंट्रैक्ट कर्मचारी कल की गेट मीटिंग आयोजित की जानी चाहिए और उन्हें इन मुद्दों के विभिन्न पहलुओं के बारे में बताया जाना चाहिए। इन गेट मीटिंगों का उपयोग कर्मचारियों को 16.02.2024 को होने वाली हड़ताल में भाग लेने के लिए तैयार करने के लिए एक कार्यक्रम के रूप में किया जाना चाहिए। बीएसएनएलईयू के सर्कल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के साथ समन्वय करें और कल की गेट मीटिंग अधिकतम सक्रियता के साथ आयोजित करें।

The Co-ordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has decided to organise Gate Meetings tomorrow, demanding settlement of Wage Revision, Pension Revision, immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G, contract workers issues, etc. Maximum serving employees, pensioners and contract workers should be organised in tomorrow’s Gate Meetings and they should be explained about the various aspects of these issues. These Gate Meetings should be utilised as a programme for preparing the employees to participate in the strike to be held on 16.02.2024. Circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU are requested to coordinate with AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF and to organise tomorrow’s Gate Meetings with maximum mobilisation.
