The two day Circle Conference of BSNLEU, Maharashtra circle, started enthusiastically at Nasik today. The Conference got kick started with the hoisting of Union Flag by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS. This was followed by the open session of the Conference. Com.N.K. Nalawade, Circle President, presided over the session. Com.Ganesh Hinge, Circle Secretary, addressed and initiated the session. The Open Session was addressed by Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, Com.Karad, State President, CITU, Shri A.B. Gaikwad, PGM, Nashik, Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS, Com.Ubey, veteran leader, Com.Jakhati, CS, AIBDPA, Com.Suchitha Patankar, Convenor, BSNLWWCC, Com.Yousuf Hussain, Circle Secretary, BSNLCCWF. The open session was also addressed by Com.Khare, CS, SNEA, Com.Nikki Jagwane, CS, AIGETOA, Com.Gangurde, Circle Secretary, SEWA BSNL, Com.Tayade, AIBSNLEA, Com.Godse, DS, NFTE and other leaders. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, in his address, spoke in detail about the Pay Revision of the Executives and the Wage Revision of the Non-Executives and denial of level playing field to BSNL in the matter of 4G launching. The General Secretary strongly advocated restoration of united functioning by AUAB at the National level.

BSNLEU, महाराष्ट्र सर्कल का दो दिवसीय सर्कल सम्मेलन आज नासिक में उत्साहपूर्वक शुरू हुआ। सम्मेलन की शुरुआत साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव द्वारा यूनियन ध्वज फहराने के साथ हुई। इसके बाद सम्मेलन का खुला सत्र हुआ। साथी एन.के. नलावडे, सर्कल अध्यक्ष ने सत्र की अध्यक्षता की। साथी गणेश हिंगे, सर्कल सचिव ने सत्र को संबोधित किया और आरंभ किया। खुले सत्र को साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, साथी कराड, राज्य अध्यक्ष, सीआईटीयू, श्री ए.बी. गायकवाड़,  प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर, नासिक, साथी जॉन वर्गीस, उप-महा सचिव, साथी उबे, वरिष्ठ नेता, साथी जकाती, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, एआईबीडीपीए, साथी सुचिता पाटनकर, संयोजक, बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी, साथी यूसुफ हुसैन, सर्कल सचिव, बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ ने संबोधित किया। खुले सत्र को साथी खरे, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, एसएनईए, साथी निक्की जगवाने, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, एआईजीईटीओए, साथी गंगुर्दे, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, सेवा बीएसएनएल, साथी तायडे, एआईबीएसएनएलईए, साथी गोडसे, डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेक्रेटरी, एनएफटीई और अन्य नेताओं ने भी संबोधित किया। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने अपने संबोधन में एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव्स के वेतन संशोधन और नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव्स के वेतन संशोधन और 4G लॉन्चिंग के मामले में बीएसएनएल को समान अवसर न दिए जाने के बारे में विस्तार से बात की। महासचिव ने राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एयूएबी द्वारा एकजुट कामकाज की बहाली की जोरदार वकालत की।

Most of the Non-Executive employees reside in the outer areas of the cities and towns. This is in view of the fact that, the house rent is exorbitant nowadays. Even the Non- Executive employees who have their own houses also, have them only in the outer areas. As a result, the Non-Executive employees are spending hefty amount every month, for fuelling their two wheelers. Even employees who come to office by using public transport, such as bus, train and metro, spend a sizable amount every month. Under these circumstances,  revision of the Transport Allowance has become very urgent. Hence, BSNLEU has written a letter to the Director (HR), demanding to immediately consider revision of the Transport Allowance. In the letter, BSNLEU has pointed out that, transport allowance can be implemented independent of the wage revision.

अधिकांश नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारी शहरों और कस्बों के बाहरी इलाकों में रहते हैं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि आजकल मकान का किराया बहुत ज्यादा है। यहां तक ​​कि जिन नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारियों के पास खुद के मकान हैं, वे भी बाहरी इलाकों में ही हैं। नतीजतन, नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारियों को हर महीने अपने दोपहिया वाहनों में ईंधन भरने के लिए मोटी रकम खर्च करनी पड़ रही है। यहां तक ​​कि सार्वजनिक परिवहन जैसे बस, ट्रेन और मेट्रो का उपयोग करके कार्यालय आने वाले कर्मचारियों को भी हर महीने काफी रकम खर्च करनी पड़ रही है। इन परिस्थितियों में ट्रांसपोर्ट अलवंस में संशोधन बहुत जरूरी हो गया है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर ट्रांसपोर्ट अलवंस में संशोधन पर तत्काल विचार करने की मांग की है। पत्र में, BSNLEU ने बताया है कि ट्रांसपोर्ट अलवंस को वेतन संशोधन से स्वतंत्र रूप से लागू किया जा सकता है।

जैसा कि पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है की वेईज नेगोशियेटिंग कमिटी अगली बैठक 19.12.2024 को होगी। प्रबंधन ने इस बैठक के आयोजन के लिए आज अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है।
