In the last National Council meeting held on 13.01.2025, BSNLEU raised the demand that, the Non-Executives should also be given NEPP promotion on completion of every 5 years, at par with the Executives. In that National Council meeting, the Director (HR) assured that, a committee would be formed to consider and settle this issue. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR), today and requested that the Committee should be formed expeditiously, for considering NEPP promotion to the Non-Executives on completion of every 5 years. The Director (HR) assured that, the Committee would be formed soon for considering BSNLEU’s demand of conferring NEPP promotion to the Non-Executives on completion of every 5 years.

विभिन्न एलआईसीई के योग्य उम्मीदवार जो रिक्त पदों की अनुपलब्धता के कारण पदोन्नत नहीं हो सके, उन्हें अन्य इकाइयों में तैनात किया जाए, जहां रिक्तियां उपलब्ध हैं - BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एस्टा) को पत्र लिखा.

नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के हाल के एलआईसीई में, कुछ सर्किलों के योग्य उम्मीदवारों को रिक्त पदों की अनुपलब्धता के कारण पदोन्नत नहीं किया जा सका। वहीं, कुछ अन्य सर्किलों में, योग्य उम्मीदवारों की अनुपलब्धता के कारण पद खाली रह गए हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, योग्य उम्मीदवार अन्य सर्किलों/ओए में तैनात होने का अनुरोध कर रहे हैं, जहां रिक्त पद उपलब्ध हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्कल का एक योग्य जेटीओ (ओएल) एलआईसीई उम्मीदवार अन्य सर्किलों में तैनात होने के लिए इच्छुक है। इसी तरह, हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल का एक योग्य जेई एलआईसीई उम्मीदवार अन्य सर्किलों में तैनात होने के लिए इच्छुक है। पंजाब सर्कल का एक और योग्य टीटी एलआईसीई उम्मीदवार पंजाब सर्कल के अन्य ओए में तैनात होने के लिए इच्छुक है। BSNLEU ने पहले ही प्रबंधन के साथ इस मुद्दे को उठाया है। BSNLEU द्वारा आज प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) को एक और पत्र लिखा गया है, जिसमें प्रबंधन से ऐसे अनुरोधों पर विचार करने के लिए आवश्यक निर्णय लेने का अनुरोध किया गया है। 

In the recent LICEs of the Non-Executives, qualified candidates of some circles could not get promoted due to non availability of vacant posts. At the same time, in some other circles, posts remain unfilled, due to non-availability of qualified candidates. Consequent to this, the qualified candidates are requesting to get posted in other circles/ OAs, where vacant posts are available. For example, one qualified JTO( OL) LICE candidate of UP (East) circle is willing to get posted in other circles. Similarly, one qualified JE LICE candidate of Himachal Pradesh circle is willing to get posted in other circles. One more qualified TT LICE candidate of Punjab circle is willing to get posted in other OAs of Punjab circle. BSNLEU has already taken up this issue with the Management. One more letter is written by BSNLEU to the PGM(Estt.) today, requesting the Management to take a necessary decision, for considering such requests.

नियमित चीफ जनरल मैनेजर की नियुक्ति करें - BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को लिखा पत्र.

कुछ सर्किलों में नियमित चीफ जनरल मैनेजर की नियुक्ति नहीं की गई है। खास तौर पर, सीएचक्यू को पश्चिम बंगाल, चेन्नई टेलीफोन और झारखंड सर्किलों के सर्किल सचिवों से सूचना मिली है, जहां नियमित चीफ जनरल मैनेजर की नियुक्ति नहीं की गई है और आस-पास के सर्किलों के चीफ जनरल मैनेजर इसका काम देख रहे हैं। इससे 4G सेवा शुरू करने जैसी विकासात्मक गतिविधियां प्रभावित हो रही हैं और कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर उनसे उपरोक्त सर्किलों में नियमित चीफ जनरल मैनेजर की नियुक्ति के लिए कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया है।

सीनियर ऑफिस एसोसियेट केडर (Sr TOA स्ट्रीम) के लिए कॉन्फर्मेशन परीक्षा आयोजित करना।

यह बात सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाई गई है कि, पिछले कई वर्षों से सीनियर ऑफिस एसोसियेट (SrTOA स्ट्रीम) के लिए कन्फ़र्मेशन परीक्षा आयोजित नहीं की गई है। पिछली परीक्षा 2017/2018 में कहीं आयोजित की गई थी। सीएचक्यू को गुजरात सर्किल से मामला प्राप्त हुआ है। अन्य सर्किलों में भी कंफ़र्मेशन परीक्षा आयोजित नहीं की गई होगी। BSNLEU ने आज प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) को पत्र लिखकर सीनियर ऑफिस एसोसियेट केडर के लिए जल्द से जल्द कंफ़र्मेशन परीक्षा आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया है।
