The circle conference of BSNLEU, Madhya Pradesh circle, was held at Narasinghpur on 12th and 13 th April, 2025. The Inaugural Session of the Conference, held on the first day, was addressed by CITU leader, Com.Badal Saroj, Shri Vinod Kumar, GM(HR), CGM Office, Com.Prakash Sharma, AGS and Com.B.S.Raghuvanshi, Circle Secretary. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the Conference on 13th April, 2025. He reported on the latest developments that have taken place in the most burning issue of Wage Revision. The General Secretary also spoke on other important issues of the Non- Executives, such as removal of discrimination in the Promotion Policy, revision of Transport Allowance and reimbursement of mobile handset cost to the Non-Executives. The General Secretary explained how the government has created hurdles in BSNL's 4G launching, in the name of indigenous technology, while the same government is now allowing foreign technology in a big way, in the form of Elon Musk's Starlink. He appealed to the comrades to liberally donate for "Cuba Relief Fund" and to make the General Strike on 20-05-2025 successful in BSNL.

वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक न होना - हम प्रबंधन के लापरवाह और गैरजिम्मेदाराना रवैये की निंदा करते हैं।

वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक होने में बहुत देरी हो गई है। पिछली वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक 4 महीने पहले यानी 19 दिसंबर 2024 को हुई थी। उसके बाद कोई बैठक नहीं हुई। एक बैठक 10-03-2025 को तय हुई थी। लेकिन, वह बैठक तुरंत स्थगित कर दी गई, क्योंकि वेतन संशोधन समिति के अध्यक्ष को प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेज दिया गया था। कारण सुनकर कर्मचारी भड़क गए। उन्होंने पूछा, "जब वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक तय है तो अध्यक्ष को प्रशिक्षण के लिए क्यों भेजा गया"। लेकिन, हमने धैर्य बनाए रखा। इसके बाद भी, बैठक की तिथि तय करने के हमारे लगातार प्रयास विफल रहे। "यह अधिकारी एलटीसी पर गया है और वह अधिकारी छुट्टी पर गया है" यही स्टीरियोटाइप जवाब हमें दिए गए। मामला निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के संज्ञान में भी लाया गया। प्रबंधन की अन्य सभी गतिविधियाँ जारी हैं। लेकिन प्रबंधन के पास अगली वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक की तिथि तय करने का भी समय नहीं है। यह प्रबंधन, खासकर एसआर शाखा, जो वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक की तिथि तय करने की जिम्मेदारी रखती है, द्वारा अपनी जिम्मेदारी के प्रति लापरवाही के अलावा और कुछ नहीं है। हम चेतावनी देना चाहते हैं कि हमारे धैर्य को हमारी कमजोरी का संकेत न समझा जाए। 

Holding of the Wage Revision Committee meeting has become horribly delayed. The last Wage Revision Committee meeting was held 4 months ago, ie., on 19th December, 2024. Thereafter, no meeting is held. One meeting was fixed on 10-03-2025. But, that meeting was immediately postponed, since the Chairman of the Wage Revision Committee was sent for training. The workers became furious to hear the reason. They asked, "Why the Chairman was sent for training, when the Wage Revision Committee meeting is scheduled". But, we maintained patience. Even thereafter, our continuous efforts for fixing the date of the meeting failed. "This officer has gone on LTC and that officer has gone on leave" were the stereo type replies given to us. The matter was also taken to the notice of the Director (HR). All other activities of the Management are going on. But, Management has no time to even fix the date for the next Wage Revision Committee meeting. This is nothing but, total negligence of it’s responsibility by the Management, especially the SR Branch, which holds the responsibility to fix the date of the Wage Revision Committee meeting. We wish to warn that, our patience should not be taken as the sign of our weakness.
