In the last Wage Revision Committee meeting held on 30-06-2025, we have raised the demands that,

1. The minimum and the maximum of the four pay scales of NE3, NE8, NE9 and NE 10 should be increased.
2. Further, we have also demanded that the Fitment should be at least 5%. (In 2018, the Management has already recommended 15% fitment for the payment revision of the Executives). 
3. We have also demanded that, the shorter pay scales being given by the Management for this Wage Revision, should not become the benchmark for the next wage revision.

General Secretary BSNLEU has already discussed these three  demands with the CMD BSNL on 01-07-2025. Thereafter, General Secretaries of both BSNLEU and NFTE met the Director(HR)  and expressed their willingness to sign the Wage Revision agreement, provided the above mentioned three demands are accepted.

Today, once again Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary met Dr.Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director(HR) and requested him to process the settlement of Wage Revision expeditiously. He also met Shri Rajiv Soni, Chairman of the Wage Revision Committee, as well as Shri S.P.Singh, PGM(Estt.) and Ms.Anita Johri, PGM (SR), members of the Wage Revision Committee and discussed about the early signing of the Wage Revision agreement. All the officers have assured expeditious action on this matter.

ओए स्तर पर कार्यरत BSNLEU की जिला यूनियनों को कार्यालय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन ) को पत्र लिखा।

शुरू से ही BSNLEU की जिला यूनियनों को कार्यालय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाती रही है, जो वर्तमान में ओए के रूप में पुनर्नामित हैं। एसएसए को बीए और ओए में पुनर्नामित करने के बाद ही प्रबंधन का कहना है कि ओए स्तर पर कार्यरत जिला यूनियनों को कार्यालय सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जा सकती। BSNLEU पहले ही मांग कर चुका है कि ओए स्तर पर कार्यरत BSNLEU की जिला यूनियनों, जिनकी सदस्यता 15 या उससे अधिक है, को कार्यालय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाए। अब तक BSNLEU इस मुद्दे पर तीन पत्र लिख चुका है। हालांकि, इसका समाधान नहीं हुआ है। आज BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को एक और पत्र लिखकर ओए स्तर पर जिला यूनियनों को कार्यालय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया है।

From the very beginning, office accommodation has been provided to the district unions of BSNLEU functioning at the districts, presently re-designated as OAs. Only after re-designation of the SSAs into BAs and OAs, Management says office accommodation cannot be provided to the district unions functioning at the OA level. BSNLEU has already demanded that, district unions of BSNLEU functioning at the OA level, having membership of 15 or more, should be provided with office accommodation. So far, BSNLEU has already written three letters on this issue. However, it has not been resolved. Today, BSNLEU has written one more letter to the Director (HR), requesting for retention of office accommodation to the district unions at OA level.

देश भर में दोपहर के भोजन अवकाश के समय में प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग का आयोजन किया गया।

आगामी 09.07.2025 को होने वाली आम हड़ताल की तैयारी के लिए BSNLEU और एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल ने आज पूरे देश में दोपहर के भोजन के अवकाश के समय में प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग का आयोजन किया। दोनों यूनियनों के नेताओं ने कर्मचारियों को मांग पत्र में निहित मांगों के बारे में बताया। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू उन सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों को हार्दिक बधाई देता है जिन्होंने सफलतापूर्वक प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग का आयोजन किया है।

As a preparation for the forthcoming General Strike to be held on 09.07.2025, BSNLEU and NFTE BSNL organised lunch hour demonstrations and gate meetings throughout the country today. Leaders of both the Unions explained the demands contained in the charter of demands to the employees. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates all the circle and district unions which have successfully organised the demonstration and gate meetings.
