The CHQ of BSNLEU has given call to organise country wide special meetings for explaining the Wage Revision Agreement signed on 08-10-2025. Accepting this call, the Hyderabad Telecom District Union has taken serious efforts for organising a very good special meeting at Hyderabad on 17/10/2025. A good number of comrades attended this meeting. Com.J.Sampath Rao, AGS & CP Telangana circle, addressed the meeting and explained the various aspects of the Wage Revision Agreement. The meeting was also addressed by Com.Sambasiva Rao, CS, Com.Sushil Kumar, DS, Com.Ramachandrudu, CS, AIBDPA and many other leaders.

It has reported that some more circle unions have successfully organised a week-long campaign program to explain the 3rd PRC agreement, including Telangana, Jharkhand, Bihar, Kerala, UP east etc. Circle unions that haven't organised this program are requested to take necessary action to educate their members about the agreement benefits and details.

Com.Animesh Mitra, GS and Com.P.Abhimanyu, VP, met Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR), today and discussed the following issues:-

1. Festival Advance.

BSNLEU has already written letter to the CMD BSNL demanding payment of Festival Advance to the employees, for celebrating Deepavali. The issue was discussed with the CMD BSNL yesterday. Today, the issue was again discussed with the Director (HR) so that necessary action is initiated for granting the approval. After this meeting, both the leaders met Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.) also and requested him to initiate the process for the sanctioning of Festival Advance.

2. Payment of DA for the casual labourers.

Two instalments of DA, have already become due for payment to the casual labourers, w.e.f January, 2025 and July, 2025. BSNLEU is repeatedly taking up this issue with the Management. In today’s meeting with the Director (HR), the leaders requested for payment of the two instalments of DA before Deepavali. The Director (HR) assured to do the needful. Later on, the issue was also discussed with Shri S.P.Singh, PGM (Estt.)

3. Conducting Special JTO LICE for the Draughtsman cadre.

The Recruitment Branch of the Corporate Office has informed that there is no provision in the JTO RR to conduct any special JTO LICE. Hence, the CGM (BW) has to move a proposal for relaxing the RR for  conducting the Special JTO LICE for the draughtsman cadre. Shri Parmeshwari Dayal, CGM(BW) was also present when this issue was discussed. The Director (HR) advised him to move the proposal for conducting the Special JTO LICE for the Draughtsman cadre.

BSNLEU और एनएफटीई की मान्यता 16.01.2026 तक या 10वें सदस्यता सत्यापन की अधिसूचना जारी होने तक बढ़ा दी गई है।

यह पहले ही सूचित किया जा चुका है कि BSNLEU और एनएफटीई दोनों की मान्यता 16.10.2025 को समाप्त हो रही है। कल, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की और उनसे 10वें सदस्यता सत्यापन को शीघ्रता से पूरा करने और BSNLEU और एनएफटीई की मान्यता अवधि बढ़ाने का अनुरोध किया। BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से कहा कि यदि मान्यता नहीं बढ़ाई गई तो प्रबंधन के समक्ष नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव कर्मचारियों की शिकायतें रखने में कठिनाई होगी। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने आज एक पत्र जारी कर BSNLEU और एनएफटीई की मान्यता 16.01.2026 तक या 10वें सदस्यता सत्यापन की अधिसूचना जारी होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, बढ़ा दी है। BSNLEU मान्यता अवधि बढ़ाने के लिए सीएमडी बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) का हार्दिक धन्यवाद करता है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के आदेश की प्रति संलग्न है।
